ShopRiteReviews of shoprite.com

As much as I like what the store offers their digital coupons are a scam. They do not work. I use the app load the or click on the items discounts and they do not work. The coupons do not load to the card. The manager is not able to assist. OR the items listed in the digital app is not carried in store. Either provide a coupon book or leaflet in store or just get rid of the digital coupons.

Why is shoprite selling Boars Head, I don't like buying m cold cuts there No more. Because of a customer is buying a Boars Head ham, Then I buy black bear ham I do not want to get cross Contamination On the slicer:)

I was amazed at shop rite bakery! The rolls and other pastries have become so small, but same price, that are no longer worth buying. Settled for prepackaged rolls brought in. When I see products that have shrunk and stay the same price I move on.

I bought some fish, 2 packages....inexpensive 3 pieces of whiting at $2.62 each.....Package says WHOLE CLEANED WHITING....Well, when I opened one pack there were fins, scales, and were not clean unless there is a new definition.....Because I was married to a real fisherman I know how to clean fish. I didn't notice it in the package because I couldn't see the fins.....upon opening what surprise......I took a pic of one of the packages and yes it is yours Shoprite...I did not mind cleaning, but the package lied......big time.....Anyway, don't lie about what's on the package.....I will be happy to bring it to Shoprite for you to see.......Not really earth shaking, but do not lie to the customers......Have a great day......janeen daniels

18 eggs for $7 dollars? Walmart has them $4 dollars. It a shame that a quart of French Vanilla creamer is almost $1.50 cheaper at a convenience store (Wawa) than at Shoprite. $5.04 vs $3.59. There are other things I buy cheaper elsewhere than at Shoprite. My wife and I just got Costco memberships. Shoprite will be seeing less of us in the future.

I like shoprite not all the locations especially Ewing, NJ location. At this location some staffs don't like to help customers when they need help, some of them are rude, they laugh and giggle at some customer at the self checkout it is unacceptable at workplace. They act like some of the customer will steal their things like they stay by them and watch them not good. I like the sale items and the self checkout. The store is okay just have problem with staff behavior. The store can improve by training the staffs well on how to treat and respect customers especially the younger ones there.

Shoprite in Passaic NJ hires low quality so called minorities. Today I am waiting 12/19/2023 with my full cart for my ride around 3 PM by the exit because it is freezing cold outside. I was not feeling well. I went back in the store feeling I could get checked for theft because my receipt disappeared when I was outside. Sure enough Two Latinos working security tried to intimidate me questioning me by the doorway exit I stood by. I could not get in my Yahoo email account for the receipt copy. My iPhone often locks me out of my email. Now I see the receipt copy in my email from my home pc. Finally someone checked the store camera when I said I was paying and walking through the store about 40 minutes prior to security trying to get me for theft. I kept my cool. They had me on camera paying & doing exactly what I said I did. The Shoprite security people are not very bright. I would not be standing in an open doorway with people around me and my bags in full view if I was going to steal. I would try to hide the evidence and leave the store a lot quicker instead of hanging out there. I am white of mixed race with Hispanic in me. I have been accused of theft occasionally in stores. I always had my receipt until today. It has always been Latinos who try to get me for theft.

I shop at my Vineland NJ store because it’s a union shop and I support unions. I don’t like the two tier digital cupón and price plus. Everything didital should be automatically loaded to my card. Instead the super cumbersome loading of my card is so stupid. One click and I load all digital coupons or load all digital coupons to my card. You know I shop there and I’m a card holder. Why make me look at 200 items to load 20 items. Very poor customer experience with your digital web site.
