The cashier and the person he called were extremely rude. The price for one of the items I got was coming different as compared to the price it said at the place where I saw it. I told him that it’s the wrong price and he just kept laughing. He called someone and she had a lot of attitude for no reason. She talked to us in a rude manner while he stood their laughing. It is extremely rude and inappropriate to behave with a customer like this. So fed up.

BLIND FURIOUS!
There are not enough words in ANY language to explain my fury right now. I usually do my own grocery shopping. Living under the old addage that if you want something done RIGHT...do it yourself. Unfortunately, due to illness and things I have been doing some ordering here and there. This is officially the 10th order I will be placing to be filled in the Rte 211 Middletown NY store. There hasn't been 1 order that has gone off without a hitch...(try several per order.) I have received rotten and expired food, Missing items, broken items because they pack ALL of the glass jars in ONE bag. There is nothing between them and their bags are so useless. 75% of the grocery bags I receive are destroyed by the time they arrive. I live about 3.5 miles from the store! I have even had my entire grocery order picked up and "stolen." I am using air quotes because I was supposed to be the last delivery of the day. As it turns out the last 2 times that I was placing an order I had reserved the last delivery of the day. Funny thing.....BOTH times it took away my time slot! NOT because I ran over the allotted 90 min hold, because I was only in the app for approx 15 minutes or so when a message pops up saying that this time slot is no longer available. I called the 800 # and was told to call the store. I called the store who tole me to call the main #. Basically the MAIN # has a pre-recorded message that said something along the lines of if your having trouble with time slots...CALL THE STORE. Which would make sense because only each individual store knows how much manpower they have and how many orders they can manage per time slot. But I was told "I don't what you are talking about. You have to all the main #." So....do I think that it is a coincidence that on 3 different occasions, I had the last time slot yet "something happened" and I had to choose the next day? I DID prior to today. Because 2 different incidents with 2 different situations. 1 "stolen" and 1 got my time slot taken. But now that it has happened AGAIN? Absolutely NOT. It's no coincidence that the SFH department CLOSES at 9:00pm. They use 3rd party delivery services who do deliveries for MANY different stores and restaurants. So that being said...SFH is DARK and EMPTY BY 9:00pm. They have no intention of waiting for someone to pick up my order to be delivered between 9p and 10p. I am also willing to bet that they are NOT ALLOWED to block out that last delivery spot for some reason. So they keep an eye on it and if anyone chooses they last spot they get kicked out. They must have been too busy and missed the order that DID get placed and eventually "got stolen." Because what fool would pick up a DOCUMENTED grocery order and then NOT deliver it? I would be interested to know if anyone either shopping in this store or any other for that matter has had the same experience.

When a customer is confused in a…
When a customer is confused in a situation, the respectful thing to do is explain instead of arrogantly saying the same thing over and over embarrassing the customer and then finish the transaction with sarcasm is unacceptable!! This is why I haven’t shopped in this particular store in a very long time because this isn’t the first time! There are many pleasant people that work in this store but there are some that have no business working in a customer service environment, so again I will take my business elsewhere 👎🏻

Shop rite in Garnerville NY
Shop rite in Garnerville NY, fresh fruit salad has a big sticker on the container that says you only pay 3.49 per pound, but the sticker that the cashier scans rings up 4.99 a pound. How dishonest can these crooks be? This is unacceptable.

I do not like the all self check out
I do not like the all self check out. It takes a long time to load your grocery on the belt and then bag them. The check out lines are long and I really feel bad for older customers . Who ever thought this was a good idea got it wrong. I was a long time customer and now I will be shopping at a grocery store with cashiers.

Worst store ever , cherry hill garden state plaza
So I went to shoprite at the garden state plaza cherry hill a few weeks ago you know the system they have now to order lunch meat wait 20 minutes and then pick it up. Over at what looks an old salad bar. I ended up walking out a few weeks ago because the order was wrong asked for shaved got thick wrong lunch meat. I get everyone can have a bad day. So i go back this morning and again they get the order wrong cut too thick not the right meat. I ended up walking out again today. I waited twenty minutes and ask the guy cutting the meat to fix the order he just said what are you missing? Its over on the rusted crap salad bar that was the last straw I could not find a chuck roast and stood and waited for the butcher buzzer not working or ignored I ended up asking a lady unpacking box's if the bell worked she said it should, and so with that rude answer i went to the service desk at least the lady at the desk tried to help. She called and sent me back to the meat department. I assure you no butcher was waiting so I knocked on the plastic window he yelled i will be right there, but no it was not a couple of minutes and he did not know what meat i was talking about you know a chuck roast, really this happened. So i left my cart and walked out. I would rather spend twenty bucks for a carrot at Wegmans before I step foot in the cherry hill store.

Late deliveries
I placed an order to be delivered between 10 am and noon. I called the store at 2 pm because the order never arrived. I was placed on hold and disconnected 3 times. The order arrived at 30 minutes after I complained. I rather pay more for other delivery services. They should have called and said the order was running late. I had to cancel a commitment I had that afternoon.

Shoprite is a supermarket that sells…
Shoprite is a supermarket that sells shrimp for $ 14.99, even though the price tag is $ 11.99. You will also buy dill and parsley, and at home you will find that the check contains chicory and fennel, which is 2 times more expensive. You will order delivery (you will pay almost $ 13 for it for purchases of 120 and up, although many supermarkets offer free delivery, and Netcost will also put frozen food in heat-resistant bags and put ice packs in them). Your bags with food will be carelessly dumped on the stairs, some of the food will fall out of the bags. If you find smashed Campari tomatoes, call the supermarket and ask them to exchange a container of mashed tomatoes for a container of whole ones. You will first be offered to come and change the product, then after your remark that you actually paid for the delivery, which means that you cannot go shopping for some reason, you will be switched to a guy with whom you will have a long discussion about tomatoes, listening to his vague remarks aside about what he thinks of you, and then you will find two whole containers of tomatoes under your door the next day. Do not rush to rejoice - half of the tomatoes will be rotten. Your messages that you send on the Shoprite website go unanswered. They are absolutely indifferent to the fact that they cheated you, sold rotten goods .. If you think that this is happening in one supermarket, then I will disappoint you - I have shopping experience in Shoprite supermarkets in Garneville, Ramsey and Tallman. I found a solution for myself - I buy vegetables, fruits, milk and eggs in Evergreen, Rockland Kosher and All Fresh - everything is always fresh and cheaper there than in Shoprite. It's a pity the meat is expensive there, as it is kosher, but meat and fish can be bought with a discount coupon at Acme. It's a pity that I have to shop in different places, but I don’t eat rot, the sellers don’t cheat me, and I saved that guy from having to solve my questions with tomatoes and grumble about how tired he is with my problems.
