I seen a manager send a girl home cuz she didn’t want to work a dailvile store she was wen she tryd talking to him he threw his hands up nd turned his back on her what a manager way to let ur employees let you kno the situation I believe his name is Vince he should definitely take manager classes on how to treat employees I felt bad for that girl left crying I hope she ok she was I think embarrassed

Their shopper picks bad meat (in my case bad chicken packages wherein two of them had expiration date for the next day and smelled bad. Due to them packaging all the chicken packages in one bag, all the packages on the outside smelled bad. You pay close to eleven dollars for the service, and I was initially told that I would have to have someone return their bad meat to their store (that I couldn't get to in the first place. To be fair, they did a one time courtesy wherein a representative came to the house I guess with a witness to pick up their chicken packages in order to facilitate my refund. Anybody that use ShopRite home delivery service think carefully on what you order.

The coupons on the Shop -Rite app are a shame and a sham. Why are the sale item not attached to you Shop-Rite card. For seniors, those with disabilities and those not phone savvy, this is discrimination. Many items on the application sale are on the bottom shelves. So you need to kneel down to get the coupon on your phone. The Shop-Rite prices are very high compared to other supermarkets for the same items. There is one checkout line in the morning and the cashier leaves the post, while you are checking out, to tidy up other check out lines and put away left behind items. Clearly, the employees need to come in earlier if this work needs to be done or wait until there is no one on their line. I'm only one customer, and shop-rite is a drive for me. I used to be happy to make the extra drive. In the future I will be shopping at Stop& Shop and Trader Joes, which are closer and more customer friendly.

I lost my authorized user AMEX card when my father passed away in Dec of 2022. Needing a debit or credit card and having neither and needing to pay my cellphone bill, I decided to buy a pre-paid Mastercard debit card from ShopRite. I paid $ 208 for it ( $ 200 for the card and $ 8 to activate it ). I tossed it in the drawer for a week. When I decided to use it, I activated it online as per the back of the card and within an hour someone ( looks like an insider job to me ) got the number, went shopping and left me with 16 cents. As I never knew this happened, when I tried using it the next day to buy groceries and I was told there was only 16 cents, I asked to speak to a manager. Two came out, and two assistant ones as well, and between the 4 of them, nothing was resolved. They said it was not their fault and basically ' too bad, so sad ' for you. Totally unacceptable. You need to held to account if you sell something that is so high risk ( I know it know, not before ). As I am a customer there since the day they opened, a good 23 years if not more, I should have been given a full refund either in cash, check or gift card. They need to stand behind what they sell. I used to shop there daily, now if I go twice in a month, it is a lot. They do not deserve my money.

Your site is not working properly I am a 80 year gentleman who is trying to order food from my local Shop Rite store but the site is not working properly and they want me to take a picture, I am looking to buy some food online because I am starving and have not been eating for two days, I am not concerned about taking any pictures, Perhaps you should monitor your website a little closer.Thanks for reading my post I appreciate your time and concern.
