Beware of Revelry's At-Home Try-On and Poor Customer Service
My experience with Revelry has been nothing short of frustrating. The at-home try-on service is a scam—if you want to try on a variety of dresses, be prepared to spend a lot. But that’s just the beginning of the issues. Their measurements are completely bogus. I measured myself carefully and ordered sizes that were supposed to match my measurements, but when the dresses arrived, half were two sizes too big, and a few were somehow too small! How does that even happen? I ended up having to reorder all new sizes, which meant paying for each dress and the shipping costs all over again. It was a total rip-off. To top it all off, their customer service was the exact opposite of helpful. I had to move unexpectedly and notified them well in advance—before they even communicated anything about shipping my purchase. Despite the fact that my order wouldn’t ship for at least two weeks, they refused to change the address, claiming they couldn't because the shipping label had already been printed. They offered no solutions and essentially told me I was out of luck. Save yourself the headache and avoid Revelry. Their services are misleading, and their customer service is useless.

Hi Mackenzie, We are so sorry you have had such a disappointing experience. We only have record of communication with you regarding the request to change your shipping address. We would have been happy to speak with you and work with you on any concerns regarding sizing or our home try-on dresses at the time you experienced issues. We also understand how frustrating it must be that we were not able to update your shipping address. As our team explained, your order actually happens to be running ahead of schedule - it was shipped about 2 weeks before it was originally estimated to ship and is currently in transit. Again, we are sorry for the frustration of not being able to change the shipping address.
