I have used MyUS for years for all my purchases in the US. My credit was stolen and my bank returned their payment and MyUS simply cancelled my account while I have packages ready to ship! They will not allow me access to my parcels, a simple response of "We will not reinstate your account" they will not respond to my pleas for my parcels.

They scammed me after adding my debit card to their system, they deducted 1 dollar for 30 days from my account. I blocked my card to stop working. This is a scam. Do not use it.

They charging your card without your review of price, service, insurance. Thiefs. When my first package arrives, i expect options to choose when, for what price, and what carrier to ship it. Absolutely not. Same day as packahge arrived, they automatically charged and shiped all. For horrible price of coursew, with horrible insurance fee. It caused price of package was several times more than real, and inmcreased my duty. I did not accept my packege, and claim it in paypal case. Not succesful. Legal thiefs.

It has now been ONE MONTH since MyUSA.com took our money to forward 3 letters to us overseas. It is still "processing". The customer service has been appalling, when they respond at all. We did get a shoddy response via FB messenger when all other attempts to contact them failed. They claim they are "waiting for IT". ONE MONTH and still not even in the post yet.

I am profoundly disappointed and dismayed by the appalling service provided by your shipping company. As a customer who relied on your services to deliver a package from the USA to England, I encountered nothing but deceit, miscalculation, and negligence. Despite meticulously verifying shipping costs and VAT exemptions before arranging delivery to your address, I was astounded to receive a demand for payment totaling $63.95, including an erroneous $32.53 VAT charge. This unjustifiable fee far exceeded the expected cost and directly contradicted the information provided on your website and by tax authorities. Furthermore, your failure to promptly rectify this error is utterly unacceptable. Despite bringing the matter to your attention immediately upon receipt of the package, I have been met with nothing but delay and evasion. It is incomprehensible why such a straightforward issue, concerning a package valued well below the VAT threshold, would require nearly a week to resolve. Your misleading practices and incompetence not only result in financial loss for customers but also erode trust in your services. If this matter is not addressed and resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns to the relevant regulatory authorities and share my harrowing experience with your company on prominent review platforms such as Google, Yelp, and others. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and demonstrate accountability for your actions. Anything short of a satisfactory resolution will further tarnish your company’s reputation and drive potential customers away.

Never again. Definitely not recommended. I wouldn't use MyUS again. Quoted reasonable shipping rates which I accepted and paid then without any notification or agreement from me more than doubled the charges and changed the shipping method. I do not believe their advertising on better shipping rates - it didn't happen.

Delayed a package for 1 week. Now that I have finally paid them to post 4 days the tracking number says they have not even got it collected by Aramex. 4 days and all they do is generate a tracking number. So almost 2 weeks

I ordered apple macbook pro laptop from apple.com, I paid for my parcel 75$ but after that myus.com puts my account on hold & still no replies.
