Generates the most reviews
We've used other review services but it is Shopper Approved that has generated the most number of reviews from our customers. I believe that the ability to highly customize surveys and control where, when and how surveys are delivered is the key to a high customer response rate. Review management and responding to customers is very user friendly, and customer service/tech support is always responsive and helpful.

Can't recommend Shopper Approved enough! Game changer for our marketing!
Shopper Approved has been great to work with! Our marketing agency Logical Position recommended Shopper Approved and we started to work with them over 10 months ago. Their team is super responsive, professional and very helpful regardless if we had questions about their services, technical set up or billing - they always worked with us and made sure we are satisfied. Jordan has been very helpful and worked hard on some complicated solutions for our custom website! Fantastic service
