Google advertising fraud warning
This service shows ratings for a company called “GuestReservations.com”. They redirect via Google Advertising any reasonable attempt by a customer to book a hotel room with a major chain. The result is “GuestResevation.com” will charge as much as 50% premium versus the hotel chain for hijacking the resevation process. Google advertising facilitates fraudsters like this. Buyers beware. Criminal behavior. US brands need to take back their business. Stand up to Google and the likes if “GuestReservations.com”

Hi John, As a review platform we don't determine how companies run their businesses or if their business model is bad. Our job is to actively collect as many reviews from their actual paying customers as possible in order to provide the most accurate picture for future customers that we can. We don't really care what the outcome is - in fact we can't, otherwise we would be biased and lose all credibility and trust. A company's overall rating is what ultimately becomes the overall voice of the consumer - whether good or bad. That being said, this company has a 4.5 with Shopper Approved, a 4.5 with Sitejabber, a 4.2 with TrustPilot, and a 4.6 with Reviews.io. We're talking 100's of thousands of customer reviews over 5 of the leading online review platforms. This clearly shows that our reviews are inline with the average customer experience. If there's something specific that we can try to help you with, we are more than happy to do it. Just reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we will try to help in any way we can. Sincerely, Shopper Approved Support
