I ordered two hummingbird feeders on Tiktok. They never came and a tracking number that was sent had no information. The seller wrote me stating that they would send another two, but that never happened. Now, there is no further information on receiving my money back. Scammers!!!!

Ordered a phone item costing £20.00 and it isn't compatible with my phone as advertised. Ive been trying to get a refund now for over a week,and they are trying to send a new item. Purchased a hands free foot cleaner. Took ages to arrive. It is nothing whatsoever like was shown in the advertisement. Small, thin, plastic rubbish. £15 wasted. Do not trust anything you see on Facebook, very misleading, waste of money.

ordered a product may 20 said in was in ny distribution center now it is july 24th still in distribution center emailed Shoppaya at least 5 times got the same generated email its in the distribution center no phone no one to contact no phone number Bullshit scam company every website i see them on will give them bad review

SAD AF I ORDERED 3 of the keychain never ending match lighter thing never received them I spent about $50 give or take a few they claim they sent it but I have cameras they never sent anything to me I asked for a refund they refused they are a joke and should be taken down and sued which I plan on doing if I don’t hear from them they are selling fantom products and that is against the law

This company is terrible. Well over due on delivery. To find out where my package is I must pay. Never, never use this company! Run far away! We have been duely warned! RUN!

Stay well clear of ordering anything from this company. I ordered a product from them for my wife yet when it finally arrived around 2 weeks later it was completely damaged. I opened the parcel packaging to find the packaging the product came in completely smashed and crushed, it wasn’t a good sign, it was just logical that the product would be broken and it was. I emailed the company via their email contact details and have not received any communication back from them. It amazes me that companies like this exist. I don’t think I will ever receive anything back from them either. Looks like I’m going to have to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Don’t waste your well earned money if you value it or your time.
