Ordered a month ago! Now, "17 Track" says it was delivered!! That's Bullshit! Because I checked my box Everyday!! No Delivery at all!! Stuck!!!

Is there a negative star... I ordered from this company and never got the product. They shipped a replacement order and that order never shipped. I was promised a refund and that never came. I would not buy anything from this site ever again. They say they have customer service that replies in one business day. Have an email sent to them (you can't contact them by phone) from August that I still don't have a response to. Buyer be ware, this place is a joke!

they suck i haven’t received my order it’s going in 4 weeks later….!!!!!

I wouldn't put any stars if I could, inferior products, no service, why they are not shut down is beyond me.

My order never arrived, quite annoyed 😡

I didn't receive the order, nor did I receive a tracking number. The order was placed on September 2, 2026. I have sent (2) emails to ShopPaya customer service. Additionally, this company do not provide a telephone number. I retract my one star!

I ordered some strong tape back in July. They said they delivered it on the 31st July - NOT. I've been chasing since. Cant get refund Cant get photo proof of where it was left/delivered, despite asking 5 times. I just keep receiving automated emails DO NOT BUY ANYTHINGT FROM THEM!

I would not even give them one star, another scam company that took my money and did not deliver product. My mistake in not looking this company online. It looked like a legitimate company but it is not.
