I was stupidly taken in by an English guy demonstrating mega absorbent cloths that looked like the Ideal Home Exhibition or similar in a Facebook ad. Ordered, but never received anything. They also have nowhere on their website that says they are based in China. I will be requesting a refund from my bank.

They don't even deserve 1 star . My item never arrived . Apparently went to 2 random drop off points ! Instead of my home address. Scam ! Do not use x

The item advertised bears no resemblance to the one I received. I got a cheap shoddy item of very poor quality. I emailed the seller to ask for a refund and they replied saying they would send me a full refund. After the required time had elapsed, no refund was received, so I emailed again with no response. I emailed again today and received a response saying there was a delivery delay and I would receive my item shortly. This is a completely different response to my question. I replied asking for an immediate refund. I checked reviews and realise now that this is a scam, so I have reported the company. Do not use this company as all reviews are bad with people suggesting that any positive reviews are fake.

I ordered some extra strong tape. My email states i received it on 26th July. I didn't and still haven't. It was small enough to go through my letterbox but said they had left it at the back door. I've contacted the company who have told me I need to take it up with the delivery company. I paid £4 delivery, so I don't feel that I should have to chase. I won't use this company again!

Do not buy!!! Absolute scam of a Chinese company. Says they're selling one thing and sell you an absolute scam product that doesn't even work then refuse to answer emails.

Omg! Don't even think of ordering from shoppaya, just don't do it. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. Never received my order, they told me it was expected July 31st 2026. They told me it was delivered on the 31st, I said no it was not and I would like a refund. They told me that no refund will be issued at this time! This place is a scam, it's horrible. Takes them forever to respond to you. Just please stay away from shoppaya, they will steal your money!
