There was careful checking of delivery details and pro-active checking that I'd received the parcel. Good product for people who like organising their clothes :)

The two lamps I ordered were exactly as described and the mushroom lamp even better than expected in terms of wood quality and craftsmanship. So far I am very pleased. Also, there was a personalized follow-up to make sure I had received my order.
