Great Company! I would go through them again. If I need any hosting. Domains or anything I would go through them. They had fast customer service. They worked with me when my eCheck took forever to go through. I would use them again!

great company recieved my CAD within 1 day of ordering it,it is a GREAT cad aswell my whole community loves it there are one or two bug issues that were fixed by the company as soon as we reported the isssues to them. the staff were absolutely amazing and really helpful. it really pisses me off when people start complaining about the staff taking to long when really it isnt the staffs fault great cad, great staff

I was an employee of this company for about 2 to 3 months I was a Support Tier 1 for the whole time as I wanted to move up but no one wants to train me until Mike became a supervisor. When I had legal issues outside of Modern Solution that prevented me from worrying about anything else came up they removed my Employee and Support tags. When I went to get my CAD that was deleted during that crappy time. They had Terminated all my services and the support member couldn't tell me any info about it and could help me get my CAD I paid money for. I am still CAD less and a little angry about It.

Bad Support Team. Made up lies for purchase. Bad company in general.

I was contacted by James this morning and he built my CAD for me on the spot. He was very helpful in making sure it was exactly how i wanted it. I appreciate the promptness and friendly nature that was shown.
