They were fast and proficient in getting me, my cad. They also had no issues with me changing my product at last minute. Zack the General Manager was pleasant to work with. I recommend them and their cads.

Great Experience! Customer Service was very helpful with getting my CAD system setup. I definitely recommend them to other users. The customer Service Support agent that helped me was James. And he guided me through the process.

The staff was quick to respond to any questions and even helped me test out the software and answered any questions I had! Very quick build time on the CAD/MDT that I ordered as well!

The Support and Staff was very relax and flexable with my working hours and my development team. Had a little hicup at first but then was quickly fixed within minutes. The Rating only goes up to 5 stars but im giving them 10 stars!

Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. There was a little delay getting it, but a dev "Elitegamer" was very helpful and got the job done. Nice work!!

great cad got it fast best one out there

Personally all started out well. I was on a monthly plan for my Onyx cad. I was receiving great support at first. The waiting times were annoying but i waited patiently. Prior to me getting my cad a developer had went "rogue" and deleted a bunch of cads. That should've been my first red flag when working with MS. Though i thought nothing of it and expected nothing like that would happen again. After 2-3 days i received my CAD. Once i received my cad immediately i am getting constant complaints about bugs. I had continued to note all of the bugs in a document to later submit. I had later put in a support ticket to get some changes made to my CAD. I will note before this, i was talked to by 3 different developers. The first developer went to fulfill my request and ended up breaking the police mdt. He tried again, fixed one part and broke another. After responding to the ticket again a different developer came in, and fixed the last issue, but unaligned all of the buttons, and also saved the subdivision selection behind the police MDT, making it so it glitched that out now too. Then when i respond about that, another developer comes along. Fixes one of the issues which was the unaligned buttons and didnt fix the subdivision menu. Before i could respond again, the next morning i wake up to 20 + messages asking about the CAD. Upon going to my CAD i learned it had been "Lost". I had contacted Tyler (I believe) on Discord. He was responding at first until i brought up the complaints. Then i never heard from him again. When i try to request cancellation, everytime i log back in, it doesn't actually cancel anything. This company is horrible. To sum it up, inexperienced developers, Good support until you have a complaint or something that requires them to do any sort of work. Its totally ridiculous. Maybe one day i will hear back from MS. Until then, Farewell.
