they refuse to send the months old order and won't reply to any emails or refund even though they HAVE MY MONEY stole it and won't send the 2 items which are overpriced anyway. i've supported for years, they also lie about 'closing down' then open up again. scam. if you see this MASKC, return my money you have.

I ordered masks nearly 2 months ago and when I track the shipping it says, "getting your order ready!" The ironic thing is I bought them during their *going out of business sale* so -- presumably they have the masks ready to clear out of their warehouses. Guess I guessed wrong. Stay Away -- you should buy from Powecom or WellBefore. (eg: no wonder they're going out of business if this is their customer service)

This company keeps sending me emails and will NOT remove me from their email list even though I unsubscribed from my email. I never ordered anything from this company, nor do I plan on ordering anything. I'm not even sure how they have my email address

The KN95 masks that shopmaskc sells are not legitimate KN95 masks. There is no GB marking printed on the mask that is required when the masks are manufactured in China. Also, if you research the mask, you will find legit labs that have tested the mask which they have found is not a true KN95 mask. Not even close. I left a 1 star review on their mask and it was filtered out and not published. If you look at every single mask and their reviews, you will never see a low review. They only post the positive reviews. If you want the honest protection that you deserve, do not purchase a mask from MaskC. You are not getting the real deal and you're paying high prices for fake masks. It's a joke that masks are not regulated to be exactly what the company is advertising and they're putting peoples lives at risk. Unfortunately I purchased (and wore) their fake masks several times prior to finding out that their masks are counterfeit. They will be cut up and trashed.

Customer service is despicable! They have no phone number. They don’t respond to emails. And they block you on Instagram if they don’t like what you have to say! Masks other places that are just as good- and a lot less money!

Sent the incorrect order. “Customer service” clown behind the keyboard insisted it was correct despite providing a picture to demonstrate what I received was NOT what was advertised. Incredibly shady business. They also falsely claim next day shipping on orders placed before 3pm — blatant lie! Tracking shows it sits at their warehouse for 3 days before they finally ship it.

I have ordered from Maskc at least 4 maybe 5 times, never disappointed. My orders have always been received with 7 days or less and I googled number on mask to make sure are certified mask. I love their mask!
