ShoplookSKY is an amazing place for shopping and dresses. I love dresses that are cute , on trend , and my style and I feel like ShoplookSKY has that for me. I love their products!

Hi! Thanks for your review. Can't wait for your next order.

I have just received my first order from Look Sky and I am so so disappointed. I ordered 12 items in sizes medium and large (I am normally a 10-12 UK and I am 5"9) literally none of it fits, it is all tiny, extremely short (doesn't even cover my bum) and the quality is terrible. Would not recommend buying from this company, took weeks to arrive and extremely disappointing.

The items I ordered were ok... the strings/ties they use are very cheap. I really wanted to love one of the dresses I bought, but it was just sown together and shaped really oddly. I contacted customer service for a refund. They offered 20% off the refund to keep the clothes. I declined and said no. Then they offered 50% off. I declined. Now they want me to send them pictures of the outfits before they send me a shipping label. Really ridiculous hoop to jump through. I've never experienced that at any other shop.

Hi Mindy - I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have an ideal return experience. This doesn't sound like our standard procedure. I'll research your situation and have our customer service team reach out to you via email with the correct steps to return your item. Thank you.
