Late, my order barely finished on the 5th proccessing day it was past 10 PM. I bought two items and paid for express shipping(4-6 days) just for it to take more than 9 days which is past standard shipping 6-9 days. Also they don't send an email to let you know that your package is delayed and also don't give you an estimated day that your package will arrive. I wasn't able to wear it on my vacation and am glad I didn't. Don't waste your money here for mediocre clothing if not low quality.

Pretty poor show, 3 times after I’ve paid and submitted my order I’ve received an email saying choose something else because what I’ve ordered it out of stock , only benefit is that can be more expensive than you originally ordered and they will cover the cost , 3 times is abit ridiculous though, if it’s out of stock why was I able to purchase and pay for it ? I’ve decided to send everything back because they don’t look great anyway, hopefully I will get return instructions in time as I’ve seen other reviews which say they long it out so you miss the deadline, basically avoid!

The quality is laughable really Getting instruction from them to send item. Back is mine blowing they make it so complicated and drag it on sending returns label that your time to send back will expire , I think this is there game make it complicated so u give up . Your clothes have to be made by a blind person really . Don’t be dishonest tell us how to send a bloody item back simply.

I have just received my first order from Look Sky and I am so so disappointed. I ordered 12 items in sizes medium and large (I am normally a 10-12 UK and I am 5"9) literally none of it fits, it is all tiny, extremely short (doesn't even cover my bum) and the quality is terrible. Would not recommend buying from this company, took weeks to arrive and extremely disappointing.

Ordered online and never got a confirmation email but see my cc has been charged…

I bought a puffy sleeves yellow dress and it the sowed part was completely busted in the back next to the zipper. They don’t respond to email and I need to get my money back for this terrible quality product, I was excited as it was a dress I was gonna wear for a friend’s wedding. It also took forever to get here, they lied ab the date as well. Horrible experience. #LS24570D2204 is the number of my order. Please respond to my email!

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ordering clothes. First of all when I ordered the clothes it said it would take 5-8 days. 10 days later I get a email telling me that my package was finally shipped. I was so confused so I search there website looking for an explanation. Apparently they are experiencing delays but they didn’t make that clear to me in fact it clearly said 5-8 days with no disclaimer whatsoever. Then I also discovered that one of the items I ordered is coming separately because they were out of stock. I only found out they were out of stock days after I ordered because again I did some research on there site, they still let me buy it even though they didn’t have it. There is a huge lack of transparency, and integrity. I will never be shopping here again it has actually been a horrible experience. The first package arrived later then 8 days, the portion that covers the Breast is so small for a medium. The second package was on its way but not anymore because it’s being sent back to the sender for whatever reason. I paid for shipping and it’s really annoying that I had to dig through there FAQs to see the reality of ordering from here.

I ordered on the 13th of April and still haven’t received my package. Not happy
