They make you jump through hoops for a refund
The items I ordered were ok... the strings/ties they use are very cheap. I really wanted to love one of the dresses I bought, but it was just sown together and shaped really oddly. I contacted customer service for a refund. They offered 20% off the refund to keep the clothes. I declined and said no. Then they offered 50% off. I declined. Now they want me to send them pictures of the outfits before they send me a shipping label. Really ridiculous hoop to jump through. I've never experienced that at any other shop.
