tailorReviews of shoplectic.com

This is a seller of fake poor quality items, unfortunately I only read the reviews after placing an order, although I then asked to cancel the same day. After a further 10 days they offered me discounts up to 50% off to receive the item. I said no refund me which they ignored and still sent the item a month after ordered. I have now asked the bank for a chargeback as they refuse to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCTS ARE FAKE AND SERVICE IS POOR!

I really wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I was originally told: “We are pleased to inform you that your order is still within our stated processing timeframe of 9–10 working days.” Twenty days later, nothing had happened, so I chased it up. I was then told: “We’re pleased to inform you that your order is ready and will be collected by the courier within 1–2 days. You’ll receive a shipping notification once it’s on its way.” That message was sent on 17 July. It’s now 24 July, and nothing has been shipped. I followed up again and was then told: “We are pleased to inform you that your order is READY and will be collected by the courier tomorrow. You will receive a shipping notification as well. Rest assured, we will monitor your order’s journey until it is delivered to your doorstep.” That was on 22 July. It’s now 24 July, and “tomorrow” still hasn’t happened. I placed this order on 27 June. Four weeks later it hasn’t even been dispatched. The repeated promises that it’s “ready” and “going tomorrow” have turned out to be completely untrue. If this is how customers are treated, the negative reviews make perfect sense.

Monty Don jacket I ordered and found a good fit and exact French style work jacket which I am looking for long the order took more then expected but it's worth to wait. The price is good the delivery time and customer service little slow but overall I am happy 😊 giving u all stars and making your day the same you did

Absolutely awful service . My item took a month to come then when it arrived it was counterfeit and awful quality . I had to pay to return the item as they refused to also pay for the return . I would not order from here ever again beware they are selling goods that are misleading advertisement.

This company is appalling, I wish I read the reviews before using them. After weeks of not receiving my purchase I contacted them to let them know. They told me the currier will collect it within 2 days, another couple of weeks passed and still no delivery. I contacted them again just to be told my package will be collected tomorrow and I’ll receive a tracking number and shipping number, which I did not receive. I contacted them again a week later requesting a refund (this is the second time I requested a refund) which they ignored. Luckily I purchased through PayPal who have sorted my refund. Please don’t trust this company don’t waste your money and time.

I ordered a blazer on 30/6, chased it up a week later as I still had no tracking number or delivery confirmation. They replied once then went quiet after that. I’d avoid them, it seems very dodgy. PayPal were very good and refunded it straight away when I sent the emails etc.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. So to begin with I ordered a Monty don style jacket from the website attached It started out It took ages to be dispatched finally when it was send out I had already requested for a refund but it kept falling on deaf ears and they wouldn’t take note of what i was asking for, eventually the item arrived, it looked nothing like the jacket listed, the stitches falling out of it I wouldn’t have paid £5 let alone £52.99 I have opened a case with paypal and furthermore I am going to seek advice from Trading standards as I believe this comes under uk consumer law that they are selling goods that significantly differ from the product listed, note the date this started and this is still ongoing with PayPal currently. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

Never order anything from this site. Very poor quality, order takes ages to get to you only to find a shoddy item that you don't get a returns label for. Quality is appauling
