Kitchen MamaReviews of shopkitchenmama.com

Their electric can opener is the best I've used. Never a fan of those tower models that keep the can hanging in the air. The KitchenMama can opener is foolproof and failproof, you just let it lie on top of the can near the edge, press the button and leave it do its thing alone. The team behind it also have great customer support in case you need any help with the product.

I finally had the opportunity to try this can opener that replaced the original, faulty one from Amazon and, once you adjust your mind for how it's placed (on TOP), there were no issues AT ALL. Best of all, it does not leave sharp edges! I love this little wonder! Customer Service stood behind the company's warranty! I had surgery soon after the purchase and was not able to cook, etc., so I missed Amazon's return window. No matter. I contacted the company directly and with proof, they were more than happy to send out a replacement - which, this time, was not damaged upon arrival. On top of this, Customer Service (thank you Nicca!), kept me informed all the way. THIS is how all businesses should operate! Throw out your old, painful hand-held can openers. Read the reviews. This little gem will prevent unnecessary, further wear and tear on your aching joints! Thanks so much!

I had an issue with an automatic can opener I purchased a little over a year ago. Even thought the warranty was technically expired they still issued me a new one and stayed in contact until I received it. Their communication and diligence was above and beyond.

I had an issue with a brand new Kitchen Mama where it made a loud grinding noise and would not connect to the can and open it. It had batteries that registered as good in pace correctly. I had previously used one with no issues. I contacted support and heard back the next day with a suggestion that I replace the batteries with new batteries as a first step. I was told if this did not work then a replacement would be provided. Fortunately following support advice fixed the issue. I got a follow up email a few days later asking about outcomes and told them they were correct in the approach and I was very happy. This is the kind of service every company should provide.

Kitchen Mama stands readily, quickly, and 100% behind their 1 year Warranty. When the latch on my can opener failed I contacted them and they responded right away. They required a short video of the issue, totally understandable and easy to do, and then sent me a new can opener in less than 24 hours. Their communication with me was prompt and polite.

Kitchen Mama stood behind their warranty for me. My can opener motor failed within the first year and Kitchen Mama sent me a new can opener replacement. I answered a few questions, sent a video of the non-functioning can opener and once they reviewed the information they sent me a replacement. I thought the warranty process was appropriate and I was pleased.

Great product and great service

Had purchased a kitchen mama that stopped working within the first few months. Reached out to customer support and was able to identify the issue and get a replacement sent. Received the new one very quickly. Its working great.
