Kitchen Mama, a Highly Recommended Company
I'm an 84 year-old with severe arthritis in both shoulders and cannot operate a top opener can opener. A young friend suggested buying the Kitchen Mama can opener for me--as an early Christmas gift. It worked very well for 3 weeks, but then completely stopped operating. I contacted Kitchen Mama's incredible Support Team. Serge was so supportive and helpful and I am grateful for my lovely new replacement. This can opener is working perfectly well. I highly recommend Kitchen Mama for anyone who wishes to purchase their product.

Valuable kitchen tool and quality customer service
I purchased the Kitchen Mama electric can opener for my elderly mother who was struggling with traditional openers. Over the next 18 months or so it became a very helpful tool for her in the kitchen and was used regularly (not daily, but multiple times a week). It stopped working effectively and consistently so I reached out to customer service who responded quickly. Ultimately a replacement unit was sent, but preceding that, customer service remained helpful, patient, and expeditious in their responses.

Excellent Customer Service
Reached out to Kitchen Mama for an issue with the can opener that we got for my daughter. I got an immediate response - the fastest response from a customer service person that I have ever received. We started interacting and I was getting quick responses. Issue was resolved within a matter of minutes. Even thought it was out of the warranty period, they offered to replace to and are also shipping to my daughter directly. Special thanks to Nicca who provided me the fabulous service.

We love our Kitchen Mama can opener
We love our Kitchen Mama can opener. After several months it stopped working and they sent us a new one within a week. Great customer service and a very useful product.

I had a problem with my can opener and…
I had a problem with my can opener and Kitchen Mama was quick to respond to my issue. The asked for information and once they received it they sent out a new can opener.

First rate can opener!
A robust design that works well on most can sizes. A great help to anyone with arthritic hands, or conditions making it difficult to use a conventional mechanical opener. Product supported by excellent customer service.

Excellent Customer Service
This comapny was very responsive, helpful, and respectful. They replaced the product quickly once we established what was the issue. I would buy from them again if in the market for another of their products.

I love my kitchen mama can opener
I love my kitchen mama can opener. I have severe arthritis and this is an invaluable tool to have in my kitchen. I’ve had this for a couple years and recently it malfunctioned. I reached out to their customer service and received an immediate response wanting to help resolve the issue which they did professionally and expeditiously. I highly recommend this can opener to anyone regardless if you have arthritis or not. It is also easy and safe to use for my four year old grandson. The only challenge with the can openeris that it is so easy to use he wants to open every can I have lol.
