Can opener stopped working, amazon linked me to their site, I put in a ticket, and they followed up that day! Sent them a quick video of the problem, and they sent me a new can opener, with a pre-paid label to send the old one back. Super nice and fast service!

Bought our can opener on Amazon and we use it for about 6-8 cans a day. Worked great till about 6 months in then it wasn't working properly at all. Contacted kitchen mama and they sent me a replacement with a few simple details very quickly and we're super responsive. Thankful to have purchased a product that has helpful customer service.

they were very responsive , followed up within 24 hours . Very helpful trying to resolve the issue , when the solution didn't work they moved forward quickly to honor the warranty . All in all a very pleasant and quick resolution . The employees servicing customers are outstanding. Followup at every turn rather than the usual treatment for customers to just move on...They have terrific products and while a ran into a small problem, they did everything to correct the issue to my total satisfaction. I use the kitchen Mama can opener...what a great product for me and my problematic wrist. You won't be disappointed.

I love the kitchen mama can opener and could not believe how helpful their with customer support was! Over the years I've purchased three of them and never had a problem until our dog sitter tried to extract a can prior to opening completion and gummed up the works. Customer service took me through the options and after some very reasonable back and forth with photos and a video, KM sent me a new one! Thanks again and Kind regards! Buy with confidence! I wish they made some other products, my wife goes through curling irons like clockwork...

I bought this can opener a year and a half ago because I have severe arthritis in both thumbs and it is really difficult for me to use traditional can openers where I have to grip and twist the unit in order to open a can. The Kitchen Mama can opener has been a godsend for me! I just attach it to the can and it works it's magic! Recently, my Kitchen Mama can opener jammed and would not release the can I was opening. I decided to reach out to the company and explain my problem. Nicca was so compassionate and very responsive to my situation. She gave me some things to troubleshoot but they were not successful. I was then told that my item was going to be replaced. Despite the fact that I was almost 6 months past the warranty period, Kitchen Mama replaced my can opener with a brand new one! I had a new can opener in less than two weeks after contacting the company! I have 22 years experience in retail, providing excellent customer service, and when you are on the receiving end of it, it's really nice and deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you to Kitchen Mama for being so gracious and solving my problem so quickly and for the excellent customer service I received. It's not just about having a good product; you have to have excellent customer service too!
