Overall, customer service was wonderful! We had an issue with a can opener after using it for only a couple weeks. The customer service representative was very responsive and helpful. We received a replacement product within a few days and the replacement works flawlessly.

My kitchen mama stopped working about 11 months after purchase and my Amazon return window had passed. I contacted support and they were fantastic in addressing the problem. Extremely thorough in communications throughout the short process of obtaining a replacement. I can count on one hand the number of times I've had this type of customer service. It truly sets them apart, especially in this day and age. Thank you!

The can opener is very easy to use. Unfortunately, it did jam and bend when opening a can during the first year. The company was very responsive and easy to work with to replace my opener since it was still under warranty. I had a very positive experience!

My electric can opener broke after about two months of use. Although I was disappointed, as I really liked the product despite some concerns about durability, I was very impressed by the customer service. Their responses were prompt, and the replacement arrived within a week after just a few email exchanges.

I had purchased an electric can opener on Amazon and it stopped working after a couple of months. I reached out to Kitchen Mama's support site and they were very prudent to rectify this and shipped a replacement. Love this product and love the customer service.

I had a problem with a Kitchn Mama can opener that wouldn't open large cans, as stated in their ad. A member of the Kitchen Mama customer support team replied to my email almost immediately to let me know they had received my request and were concerned and would be working on the problems and issues that I was experiencing with my Orbit One Kitchen Mama. They asked me several questions related to what was happening and made several suggestions of things to try. I tried everything they suggested and nothing worked, so they asked if I could send a short video of the unit "in action" so they could better determine what exactly was happening. I was able to send them the video and also some other identifying information from the unit that they had requested. Each step of the way, a customer support staff member communicated with me by email their concern and the fact that they were going to make things right ... which they did. When it was determined (within a very short time) that the unit needed to be replaced, they notified me that a replacement would be sent within the next few days. Two days later (TWO DAYS!) ... on a SUNDAY, a replacement was delivered to me! Now, I call that EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thank you, Kitchen Mama!

Purchased a year ago and had to contact Kitchen Mama. They're customer service it top notch and extremely responsive. They stand by their product, and I got a replacement sent to me within a couple of days. This is a great product and so convenient and makes clean smooth cuts you can run your finger over it or possibly feed your cats directly from the can (haven't tried this though so be careful!) In most cases you can kinda sit the lid back on the can for a night in the fridge, that's how clean it cuts. Kudos to Kitchen Mama for a great product and customer service experience!
