There have been more than one occasion that I've clicked on an item and when I'm taken to the site, the price is a lot higher than what is offered through Shop It To Me. I have been getting emails from them for years though so not bad enough to make me go away. I really like the items picked for me.

Hi Anne, Thank you for the feedback and sorry you had a bad experience!. We take price accuracy issues seriously. We check the sites of retailers each morning and sometimes they change the prices after we send the item and occasionally our system has an error that we fix as soon as we find out about it. If you next find an item that is mis-priced can you send a copy to support at shopittome so we can take a look and hopefully resolve it? We'd really appreciate it. Thanks again and sorry again that you have had pricing issues!

Most of the time when I get the daily email, the deals have already passed on.

Thank you for your feedback and so sorry to hear you are having a bad experience. Can you send us a few examples of these items to support at shopittome? We take these out of stock issues seriously and do our best to fix them. Also, when do you check your email? Each morning before we send your email we check the websites to confirm the items we are sending are on sale in your size. However, we do see some items run out of stock as the day goes on if there are limited quantities. Please let us know and thanks again for your feedback. We appreciate it.
