Love the site - have found great stuff and love the ease of shopping. Everything always comes on time - the only site I review regularly.

Ellen, so sorry you had a poor experience! We check websites each morning for accurate prices and take price discrepancies very seriously. Can you send us any examples of missed prices to support at shopittome? We'd really appreciate it. Thanks again for the feedback.

Thank you for the feedback, Janice and sorry that sometimes your size is not available! We check the websites of all of our retailers each morning and make sure the item is available in your size before sending you an email. Some of the best deals do sell out quickly so if you look later in the day you may find some items are no longer available in your size. Regardless, the next time you have a problem with sizing availability, can you send an email to support at shopittome? We can take a look and determine exactly what happened. Thanks again and happy shopping!
