While you may occasionally see prices that change, for the most part all prices should be accurate.  If you find a price that is inaccurate can you please email [email protected]? So sorry you are having a poor experience! We take out of stocks and price discrepancies seriously. Can you send any out of stock items you find to [email protected] so we can take a look and let you know what we find? Thanks again and so sorry again you are having a frustrating experience!

Hi Anne, Thank you for the feedback and sorry you had a bad experience!. We take price accuracy issues seriously. We check the sites of retailers each morning and sometimes they change the prices after we send the item and occasionally our system has an error that we fix as soon as we find out about it. If you next find an item that is mis-priced can you send a copy to support at shopittome so we can take a look and hopefully resolve it? We'd really appreciate it. Can you email support at shopittome any items where the price is different on the website. As for not attractive clothing, we'd love to help as well. Vicki, Thank you for your feedback and so sorry to hear this! Occasionally items do go out of stock quickly but it should not be many - especially if you open the emails as soon as you receive them. Can you send support at shopittome any items you are finding that are out of stock so that we can take a look and hopefully resolve this? We'd love to figure out what is happening. Thanks!
