I love shop Gracie! There were a few issues with getting my shipment out which is why I did 4 stars, but after contacting the customer service and having a few conversations they were able to sort it out and were very responsive. Very trendy and cute clothes and I am happy with my order!

There's a lot of clothes that only have size large and no medium or small.. But Shopgracieusa have so many cute clothes 😍

My package never came. I spent over a hundred dollars and never got my product. They have, or had, when I ordered my product, a "no longer our problem" policy if the package gets lost in transit. I emailed the company and never got a response. The tracking said it had never been shipped. I filed a complaint with the shipping company and they never found my package. Just very disappointed. Update: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by the company who gave me my money's worth and apologized profusely for the miscommunication. Pleased with the customer service conduct and the customer care.

I love ShopGracieUSA! I found them on Instagram a few years ago and have been following ever since! I've made a course le purchases from them in the past and was surprised at how fast the shipping was, considering everything is coming from Hawaii! Prices can sometimes be a little higher than I want to spend on trendy items, but overall they're a huge hit for me! :)

I love this website! The clothes are very good quality and the customer service is awesome. One of the items I had ordered was out of stock but they gave me a gift card covering the full cost +5 for inconvenience, and even though my items took a little bit to get to me I understood because it was coming from Hawaii. After I got my items, one of the pieces didn't really fit me (it was a "one size" crop top, so just be careful ordering that if you have boobs because it's so pretty and I wish I fit into it!) so I sent it back and got a gift card covering that one too. Throughout the entire process, I didn't really feel stressed or frustrated as I normally do with online companies because I knew the situation was in good hands. You can really tell that the people running Shop Gracie care about their customers and they do their best to make YOUR business with them feel very appreciated. I will definitely be shopping with them again, and I have already used my gift cards to make another purchase on the site, thank you and keep it up :)

Happy with my order! There was some confusion with my order previously where my items had not come. Shopgracie kindly sent me my items free of charge with an additional item of my choice! Great service.
