They took my money and never sent my products. There is no way to cancel my subscription and nobody will respond to my emails when I ask for help. This is a huge rip off. I mean they charge $30/box and you don’t even receive it. For $10/$15/month you can get Ipsy or Birchbox. And they send what you pay for.

I love the idea and the box came with some really good stuff. The problem is I'm pretty fair skinned and the kit I got was for people with tan to dark skin so unfortunately I'm never going to be able to use any of it bc it's way too dark😔😔

I cant figure out how to log into my account, there isn't a beauty quiz to verify what shades of makeup I need for my face. I received my first box and the palette I received was for someone EXTREMELY DARKER than I am. Hopefully they fix this issue.

The things I received in my box were actually pretty great. I’m not sure they are as great as some subscription boxes for the prices but I was very pleased and didn’t receive anything from the focallure brand. My major negative that I have with this box is I never once found where it said the free trial was connected to a regular price box. If this were transparent or maybe advertised as a “buy one get one box free” I would have really appreciated it. Their customer service takes a couple days to reply but did help come to an agreement for a discount for the second box.

The box I received was ok. I was expecting something totally different. But I was excited that I received different box. I like the beautiful cheek pallet. The eyeshadow I received was a very pretty color. The lipgloss is a very pretty nude color..💋💋Love this shade 💕... Not a fan of other stuff. I honestly like this but did not care for the long shipping wait.Im not sure if I will continue.. Thinking about it.. I am already subscribed to several others What's the monthly price?.

So far I love this box I think I will keep it another couple of months to see how it goes and if I continue to like it then this box will be added to my monthly subscriptions I receive already
