From a bad beginning to a good one! I have purchased 2 times from shopfocallure.com, the first order had few issues but the customer support team was very helpful in resolving all my queries. My second order was fast and the product was of good quality. Initially, I was bit scared to order from a new brand but now after using their products I totally recommend these guys! All the best.

A month after ordering a product from them it still had not been disbatched I emailed and was told to be patient as they had been ‘so busy’ after numerous emails ignored and a dispute opened on PayPal and first asking for my delivery charge refunded then telling them I want my money back I received an email saying they had dispatched my product although it does not say that on their tracking page. I do not believe they have shipped this item and are just saying that to shut me up. The customer service has been awful and the whole experience has been dreadful. Do not waste your time, money or energy on this awful company

My husband ordered me a towel bra back in August, was over 3 weeks late in shipment and when he emailed asking where it was, all he got was generic 'please have patience, it'll be there soon!' responses. He finally gave up 5 weeks after it was supposed to arrive, and asked for a refund. He was given the same generic emails as if talking to a robot, and now, almost 50 days after ordering and 20 days after asking for a refund, they've emailed saying it's been shipped today...?! Absolute fraudsters, they've accepted orders for a popular item not in stock, stalled, then declared it's been shipped so there's nothing they can do. I also see from others duped that they don't offer refunds on undergarments, and that it's cheap counterfeit rubbish from China (based in New Mexico or not, it's from AliExpress, people aren't stupid)... AVOID AVOID AVOID

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Magnetic lashes fell apart after one wearing! Horrible quality and equally horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM

Please take note of similar reviews - I certainly wish I had. I ordered on 23rd August (it's now 23rd September) and my order still hasn't even been shipped. I've chased 3 times and had 3 of the exact same automatic responses to tell me not to worry but my order now shows it's being processed. No it's not - it just shows it's been paid. I get daily e-mails with further offers - as if I'd place another order with them! And to add insult to injury I got an e-mail yesterday with an offer as it had been a month since I'd become a customer. But surely becoming a customer means receiving goods in exchange for money. So far they just have my money and I have no goods. Funnily enough since I asked for a refund they've gone silent so I'll be phoning the bank on Monday.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They take your money and never send you a product and totally ignore your emails. I honestly don't even know if they really exist. Now have to dispute with my credit card. No one should waste their money with these bums. They could care less. JUST A SCAM!!!

Do not waste your time and money with this company. I ordered the intriguing Vamp stamp as a set that came with a Small Stamp, small brush and the ink. It took quite some time and all that arrived was a "Large" sized vamp stamp. Nothing else from the 3 pack that I ordered, so essentially it is useless. I contacted the company to discuss their error. Their response was to send me an RMA number and that I should pay out of pocket to return the item that they sent to me in error and only then will they give me a refund. I explained that I just wanted my product that I ordered, not a refund, and that I was willing to return the wrong item if they sent me a prepaid return postage. My request was ignored. Time to dispute my charges. I should not have to pay postage to return an item that their incompetent staff sent to me in error. I was understanding about it at first, but now I can see their poor business tactics. They boast 100% customer satisfaction, and 24/7 customer service, yet when you email them, their auto response email states that they will respond during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Save your money and your time, this company is a big joke! And for the record, this is the first bad review I have ever written about a company. Usually I say nothing if I am displeased, and I try to reward good service with a good review! -Laura
