Great product!! Stays on all day without smudging. Love theses lipglosses

The ordering process was easy, the cost is great, the variety is awesome, the shipping is fast, and customer service is very friendly and helpful. I loved it so much that I ordered more in different colors. It stays0 on well if you don't drink anything. I did have to keep applying it because I drink water a lot so it kept coming off on the inner parts of my lips, but it stayed on the outer parts well. Was hard to get off that part. Still love it and will continue to wear and buy and recommend to others.

I order the lipsticks because they stay on forever!! I can drink or eat and they still stay on. I love them!! I ordered my first one on Groupon and loved it so I decided to order from the Focallure site and they have a great deal!! Buy 3 lipsticks and get 2 free. The shipping is a bit slow but I was satisfied when I finally did receive my order.

These colors are beautiful. The packaging is nice. People enjoy my selfies because I change lip colors and I will try different colors. The hotter just magnifies the look!

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered several items from this so called company, but after nearly two months of waiting I still hadn't received them. I contacted them after checking my tracking details as it said order processing despite it being two months later. The response I received was the warehouse was busy and they assured me my order would be shipped that day. After waiting another twenty days I contacted them again and got the same response, when I replied to this I got the exact same email but from a different person. After finally having enough I told them to cancel my order and refund to which they said they were unable to do. At this point I informed them I was opening a dispute against them with PayPal, immediately they offered me a 10% refund as if that would make it better. Luckily for me PayPal got involved and I was issued a full refund. Please don't get conned by this company, yes the products look good but you will be lucky if you receive them but they will take your money.

I made an order few months ago, and it arrived after a month. I thought they are somehow a good online business so I ordered again last March 7, 2018 for items worth $110! But until now they haven't sent me any shipment details! What the hell is going on now?! I have been emailing them and messaging on Facebook, but they keep on giving me the same response! WTH! You are scamming people of their hard-earned money! You have no conscience! I tried asking for refund BUT OFFERED ME A REFUND OF 7%! WHAATTT??! Otherwise, they just want me to wait for my order which they wouldn't even tell when they will ship! I am really sick of their responses! They give you reasons like, there has been a shortage in the items...what the hell?! Then why is it even in your website and let people order them!? Isn't that plain scamming?! Send me my orders or refund me my money!!!!!! x/ x/

very poor and i will not buy from this company again. I waited 2 months and after many emails back and forth I eventually received my item. unfortunately it was incomplete, 4 items were missing. ive now got to wait again for the missing items to be sent.

What a terrible company! I wish I wrote all of these reviews before purchasing from them I was a sucker and bought online after seeing an Instagram post. Weeks and weeks went by and I didn’t even get an order confirmation. After having enough I finally reached out and the next day they told me would be shipping any day. After almost 2 months of waiting to receive my item it comes not as described. And the lipstick items that I purchased looks completely different than advertise online. I reviewed them and researched and the colors were completely off. I beg them for a refund and sent my items back and was told that I would not be allowed a refund for the lipsticks. I told him I wanted them to send the lipsticks since they wouldn’t give me a refund and they told me they also would not. So now I am out of product and money, ridiculous and so infuriating. I will boycott this company and make sure everyone knows to as well.
