The product is great! Easy to put on and actually stays in place!! Only reservation I had was the return policy. The brown ordered looked dark enough for my eyebrows online, but was waayyy too light when I got it in. I wanted to return it and get the next darker shade but they said they didn't return the eye brow product so now I'm stuck with it and also had to pay full price for another pen..
