THEY ARE SCAMMERS SERIOUSLY, DON'T BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT GET THE PRODUCT YOU WANT. i purchased an eyebrow shaper from them called 'Finishing touch - flawless brows" which came without the eyebrow shaping component.. I sent photo evidence immediately and following multiple follow ups and no resolution, I genuinely believe this company is a scam and is fake. They provide faulty products so you can scam people off their money. they provide no resolutions to issues your customers are facing even when they are in line with your policies. It is an absolutely disgusting business that Focallure are running, taking people's money and not providing the products they have paid for. This is my first and last time I will be buying from you and will make sure that none of my family and friends and social media followers buy from you again.

I had to contact the company when a week had passed and I had not received an email saying my order had shipped. I emailed customer service and asked when would my items ship. I received a reply the next day saying it would ship asap. A week later I emailed again to ask for a specific date the item would ship as we had different ideas of what asap meant. It had been two weeks. Received an email saying that my items had shipped. Then received an email from customer service telling me that they could not tell me when the item would be delivered due to customs. I didn't ask about delivery, I am just at the shipping phase. Not a great customer service department.

I have been looking for a curler since over a year now and I came across focallure rotating curler ! OMG I cant wait to share how easy , amazing and fast this tool is ! . I used this on a daily basis after using a heat stlying primer to protct my hair and trust me the curles stay for over a day !. I have soft hair so curlers usually dont stay for long but this curler proved it wrong .Obiously the curls do loosen up if you arnt usig set sprays but gives u nice beach waves ! . Would totally recommend this product to girls who are looking for fast curlers beach waves for sure ! Thumbs up for working women !
