It was okay but I was expecting more I do you use the products they gave me I like them I'm not really satisfied with the box

I absolutely love all the makeup I have got from the sight . I was actually shocked at the results of the makeup because usually I get maybe one thing I like out of each makeup products I receive but I actually love all of them

I wasn’t crazy about the nose pads. The biggest thing was I couldn’t read the directions in another language. Love the lip color and eye shadow palette. The brush was fabulous!!

The service is great only issue is as soon as free box was shipped you took the fee for next box I didn't have time to decide if I liked first box since I hadn't received it yet!

Very great to have. And it's always a surprise, that's the added plus. And the amazing deals. I have used so many other subscriptions for beauty products and can't seem to find one that works (-for a reasonable price) - considering I'm no where near rich I work a normal job. Have a 5 yes old. And a husband who works in construction and flat roofing. We are simple people band live on a big budget

I seen the card in the box and $35 retail for a mask just does not sound right to me... The lipstick had a wax like feel and two of my subscription boxes i recieved one month had the exact same eyeshadow colors as the previous month! The only thing different about them was their packaging... One eyeshadow package was rectangle and the other one was square. This was the worst pigment i have ever experienced! This whole make up subscription box is designed for kids costume play make up.

This box took forever to get. I actually got charged for my second box before the first free one even came. I couldn’t even cancel before I knew if I wanted it or not. They kept sending me coupons to buy stuff from them for the wait. But I’m a person who wants to see the product before I buy more. I bought something that haven’t even come yet which they have not responded to my email yet either. They didn’t even out a rush on my shipping it took well over a month to get. Not happy at all. At least give me time to get my first box before u charge me for the next

The company is terrible in meeting with the customers needs. They are agressive and only cares about selling their stuff. I ordered a product one month ago,and I have not received it yet. The worse thing they just emailed me that the product that I ordered seems unavailable and offering me another one after one month waiting! I do not want another product,I want my money back if you do not have the product that you are promoting for! In addition,I was subscribed to their silly monthly ogfer,ofcourse,they cashed the money but they are not replying to my request of unsubacribing. It is terrible. Do not deal with them.
