I really like the products, but the customer service is horrible!!! I canceled my subscription, but they charged my account anyway. Even after I explained the urgency, they still kept trying to offer me deals, like they were trying to delay my cancelation. I have sent many emails and even tried to speak to someone via chat, but as soon as I explained the situation, they stopped responding. Now my account is in overdraft status and I have no way of getting home. I called my bank and they can only help me to a certain point. I have yet to hear back from this company. And I will never reinstate my subscription.

I loved the color of the lipstick that was sent and the mermaid brush was EPIC! The mascara applied super clumpy regardless of how thin or thick it was applied. Eyeshadow is super pretty colors!

LOVE the eye shadow pallet I received in my Babe Box, the mascara has been great too! I haven’t tried the mask yet and the pencil is a perfect match for one of my favorite liquid lipsticks so it’s a score too. Not 100% sure about the brush since I’m not sure what I can use it for just yet. Overall very satisfied with the box!

I got both boxes & they both are not what i expected the only thing that i liked was the makeup brushes i live in canada & to get the first box that i payed for was $50.72 in Canadian dollers but when i was told it was going to be about $36 something or arond there so im not impress with this box i get a different beauty bags all the time from another company & honestly they have way more better products & they have the same amout of product for alot more cheaper then this box i could have got 5 beauty bags for the same price as one of your boxes not impress at all sorry for being honest but that is my opinion on the two boxes that i received i know it is not what you as a company would like to hear but i dont want to not tell you the truth about theses two boxes i got
