Was tricked into a subscription they won't allow me to cancel. Any item you purchase automatically turns into a subscription. You can cancel the subscription if you try hard but not the first box so add $25 on top of whatever item you first order from them.

Everything in the box was great quality, however I will never use a couple of the items. I’m not sure yet if there is a place to directly like or dislike items to further tailor my box, in which case sorry for making you even read this :)

get a free box but in the fine print you MUST subscribe to a month. The box is $37 and it’s NOT WORTH IT. I’d never pay that much for the makeup i received. I contacted them to cancel immediately. They told me I had to get another box. They continued to send me boxes and charging me. Contacted customer service. First person told me ship the box back for refund. 2nd person told me they don’t take returns. Awful experience. Save your money. Worst company ever

With Focallure's Babe Box I got my products fast, and I got exactly what I ordered. I had a great time trying the new products and I am sure I will be ordering with Focallure again.

Fast shipping and good quality product, I only wish I had read the fine print so that I knew I would have to pay full price after I tried the trial box.
