That may be coming soon. We've investigated it in the past and found their costs to be prohibitive. Not sure why that deserves two stars off our service, though. UPDATED REPLY: Unfortunately, some of these services do not fit our pre-order business model, which is why they're not currently used.

So we have horrible customer service because manufacturers miss their ETAs? That certainly doesn't make much sense. We do not generate ETAs. They come directly from the manufacturers and suppliers from whom we purchase. We understand, and share your frustration over delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed and quantity of production by the manufacturers. We simply must wait for them to produce sufficient product to fill the orders. When they push back their ETA's, there is truly nothing we can do about it. We are always seeking alternative sources for products, and do our best to fill orders whenever possible. And, there is no charge to place a pre-order, and customers are free to cancel at any time without penalty, should they find the item elsewhere.

Certain policies only apply to certain situations, such as verifying you are the authorized card holder. This is one time process and is not repeated on subsequent orders. We purchase from a variety of distributors and manufacturers, with Ingram being just one of them. Thank you for your business and we hope to serve you again.

You submitted a lost shipment claim and were provided with a case number by e-mail. You can check the status online anytime. You can email us at any time using the "Contact us about your order" button, or by simply going to the website and clicking "Contact us". Our phone system was experiencing an issue earlier today that has been rectified.

>Jan 2021 that were completely canceled We have no control over manufacturers discontinuing items. When they do, you're offered your same spot in line for an item of your choice. >I don't know a single person who has received a graphics card from them We're not even sure how to address this. Perhaps you don't know many people? Perhaps you don't know all of our customers? This is an odd thing to state. Companies don't stay in business for 30 years by not shipping products. >it's just the way you present things that makes it seem fraudulent. Everything our site is clearly and painstakingly spelled out. We're unsure how that "seems fraudulent", especially when waiting in line for an item costs you zero dollars. >especially if someone stopped looking. You were never asked to stop looking for items. Customers are free to reserve a place in line at no charge, shop around, and cancel if they find the item somewhere else, again, at no charge. >Do the customer right and be more transparent. We couldn't possibly be more transparent. Everything is right there on the website. We cannot force customers to read the information. >The Positive reviews on here haven't even received a product Blatantly, false. Read the reviews. >Either that or they were asked by shopblt to leave a review PAY ATTENTION... We ask customers to leave reviews after orders shipped. What's wrong with that? Nothing. Lastly, we do not generate ETAs. They come directly from the manufacturers and suppliers from whom we purchase. Graphics cards are in short supply due to manufacturing issues and we have no control over that as we are not a manufacturer. We do understand, and share your frustration over delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed and quantity of production by the manufacturers. We simply must wait for them to produce sufficient product to fill the orders.
