The item we ordered was delivered promptly and the price we paid was far cheaper than any other site or store. The item was delivered slightly damaged BUT this was not the company's fault nor the shippers. After reading online reviews this was a manufacturer packaging issue and occurs to a huge portion of the items. I was able to correct the issue and the item worked fine so I didn't have a need to return the item. I knew if I ordered another one that the same issue would most likely occur again, so it was not worth the troubles. I did not use the customer service so I do not have any ratings for them. The item was delivered quickly and the price could not be beat. I would recommend giving this site a chance to anyone.

I was skeptical ordering from this site since I'd never heard of it before with all the warnings about doing so. I even followed up on the delivery for that reason. No need. They were on the spot. I will definately be going back on to their site to see what else they offer.

It was easy to order, no shipping fee and arrived fast. The product was what I ordered, it worked. What more could you ask for? I'm getting another one for the Christmas lights.

I was very pleased with ShopBLT.com because I was able to get a very hard to find item in a short amount of time. Shipping was done quickly, I got exactly what I ordered, and I received personal emails thanking me for my purchase! It's hard to get quality service like that.

Their price was lower than any on eBay and the headphones got here before I expected. Very good customer service and they communicate very well.
