Was a little skeptical at first because I’ve never heard of these guys but everything was perfect. The chair arrived quickly and in perfect condition. No issues at all!

I was a little nervous about ordering like a past reviewer said. knowing there was no returns or exchanges and all sales are final. Exchanges if damaged in shipping. I understand the company is being straight forward with this statement. But it's a little intimidating when your spending a lot of money! But I was willing to take a chance anyway for the great price they were offering!! I bought a 75 inch led Samsung TV Rebox B Stock I am glad I took a chance the TV arrived in perfect condition. I would say brand new. I didnt see anything wrong with it! Besides the TV being perfect Stephanie always returned my emails and was great!! I would highly recommend Shop BLT this was my first purchase but it wont be my last!! I wish I found them sooner!! I bought the NUANCE PLANTRONICS USB HEADSET. The customer service was outstanding! It was a backorder on the headset when I place the order. After the order was confirmed, I emailed them and asked about est of delivery. I received an email within 24 hours giving me an update, then emailed me to tell me that it was in and they're shipping it out, confirmed after that it was shipped.Also followed up aferwards ( what business does that these days). I ordered at the best price that I saw online. Since the work at home issue came about everyone was ordering the headsets to be able to work at home; some companies were price gouging, charging double same amount for shipping. SHOPBLT were the best price and free shipping! Only place shop in my opinion, again I appreciated their due diligence!!!

Very quick shipping and it was free for my item. I loved the service and updates I received on when I was going to receive my own from BLT. If I need more electronics I would definitely look here again!
