I recently reached out to Natasha at ShopAppliances.com for help with sizing a 27" built‑in microwave, and she was fantastic. She quickly understood what I needed, walked me through the correct dimensions, and pointed me in the right direction so I could make the right purchase. Even though I ultimately bought the unit from my local appliance vendor, it was Natasha’s guidance that made the decision easy. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful, the kind of support you hope for when you’re trying to sort out appliance specs. I really appreciated her time and expertise.

Delivery was an issue initially, but they took care of everything with professionalism once everything arrived. Hats off to the installers as well!

Joe was super helpful, understanding and was the best in assisting with our wine refrigerator purchase! Great company:)

To begin with I was skeptical and wanted to be careful buying a stove online - as I had never done that before and since I know that there are a lot of bad actors around in the online trade but now, I can say it was a very positive experience. Not only that Nick was very knowledgeable when he sold me the right product, he also kept his word about excellent service and follow up. The installation was done correct and I am now happy with my new stove! Thank you, Nick,
