Hello, my name is Yelena. Month ago, I was so lucky to find exactly what we were looking for on Shop Appliances. We bought it!!! But unfortunately, the delivery company created some problem for us. I called to CS and talked to Feriel Ghodhbani (my luck again). Feriel did awesome! She helped and resolved that problem. She was very patient, understood our concern. Feriel did fantastic job. I ordered a new double oven and the communication and delivery time was perfect. There was slight side damage that would not be shown once installed. I spoke with customer care Rep. Leonardo to report the issue. Leonardo had me submit pictures and the company verified there was no issue or hazard with the minor damage. Leonardo then fought and contacted the manufacturer and obtained a credit discount back to my card. He handled this on his own over a period of a couple weeks with constant updates and communication. I have never had such great customer service and I am in the process of ordering another appliance because of the great trusted customer service. And they have the best prices around.
