I actually bought 2 Ilve ranges to sit side by side. They were delivered , checked upon delivery and the boxes put back over the top. It's a new build, so they aren't installed yet. I needed the manual for formation, so took the box off the top, only to find that my entire glass panel on the front of one of my ranges was completely shattered. We hadn't touched it since delivery. I contacted Shop Appliances and they immediately contacted Ilve and put in a ticket about the damage. The very next day, I received a call telling me that a new door was being air freighted from Italy. A technician would be coming within the next week or so to swap out the door. Absolutely thrilled with their response and how promptly everything has been taken care of. Oh, and my ranges are gorgeous.

We very much appreciate the communication working with Shop Appliance! Our first dishwasher arrived damaged and they communicated seamlessly to make it right and get us the dishwasher we wanted! Highly recommend!
