We live in a very Rural area of Central Texas and the closest appliance stores are 50+miles away. So, I started searching the big chain stores online and while doing so your shopappliance company ad popped up with a 50% discount year end closeout sale and had GE which was the brand we wanted after researching other sites. Other stores had our fridge for $2,800... shopappliance for exact same unit had it offered for $1400. They ship, delivered by a crew that will take your old one out and away and hookup your new one all for minimal cost which was also less than "Lo-&HoDep" offered their service for. It was delivered and unpacked and set up in the house carefully and professionally. I recommend shopappliance with 5'☆s from Deep in the Heart of Texas

I bought a range (stove) from this store. During delivery, the unit arrived with a small cosmetic dent on the side. It was minor and against the wall, but I reported it anyway. The store worked with me and gave me a $200 discount for that, which I appreciated. The real problem started with the delivery company, not the store. During delivery, the crew was clearly in a rush. They left the range in the middle of my kitchen, left a heavy pallet and a huge box in my driveway, and even left a wrench in the kitchen. I was trying to call the office to clarify if haul-away was already paid for, and while I was on the phone, they left without saying anything. After that, I called, emailed, and followed up multiple times. No real response from the delivery side. The pallet and large box sat there for weeks. The store actually tried to help and even sent me $125 to help with removal costs, even though the delivery company was the one who caused the problem. So I want to be very clear: The store tried to make things right. The delivery company was the problem. I would buy from this store again because they did try to work with me and help resolve the situation

I found this company online and realized their prices were very competitive, then I had some questions and I called the customer service. I spoke to James, he was so courteous and helpful, he offered me even better pricing, he went out of his way to help me. I received the best customer service and the best price ai could get on my order.
