Amazing service , great people , definitely recommend 10\10.

I had a great experience working with this appliance company. Their service was excellent from start to finish — pricing was fair and transparent, and communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. What really stood out was how much their team genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and it didn’t feel like just another transaction. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with that level of attentiveness. Highly recommend.

Ralph Kraiem assisted me with my purchase of a Samsung Bespoke dishwasher. I was informed that dishwasher I tried order was discontinued. Mr. Kraiem, informed that they looked different locations to find this model. However, the search yielded no results. Mr. Kraiem, however, did price match a competitor’s price of the newer model, plus free shipping. Great customer service and communication. I will most certainly buy here again. Allen

I am spec builder. Joseph worked with me on coming up with an appliance package that worked well for design and budget. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I found their pricing to be competitive and better than my long time local dealer. There was a little miscommunication on a part of the package and Joseph was able to rectify quickly which says lot about his character.
