Ralph Kraiem returned and my call and walked me through what options I had based on my budget and main features I wanted in the stove. He worked with me, was very knowledgeable, showed great patience and was able to answer all my questions. I bought the stove same day. He was professional and the company seems to be very professional as well. Happy to do business with them.
