Updated review from 1 star to 5. Sometimes you just gotta keep calling until you get someone who has amazing customer service. I had an issue with a return and escalated it as far as I thought I could. Due to my unsatisfied response Feriel reached out to me via email. I experienced clear communication, quick and prompt responses, and clear explanations for what was going on and what was taking time due to processing timeframes. This amazing experience changed my feelings on the matter and I would recommend shop appliances to a friend.

The delivery guys were great and well within their estimated ETA.

At first I was a bit skeptical because I hadn't heard of the company, but when I needed some assistance I talked to Nick R. and I was really impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, follow-through and product knowledge. He was helpful and honest.

Honestly, never expected shopping online for appliances would’ve been the easiest way to shop for appliances. My customer service experience has been great as well and they’re all such helpful and resourceful group of people also very caring! They actually reach out to you and make sure everything has been sorted out or delivered properly. I actually just added a warranty for my new fridge with the exceptional and kind help from Jason Terzi, who has given me a great deal also a peace of mind for the future of my appliances. Ralph Kraiem (Director of Sales) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when we ran into an issue of availability of a product. We spent time on the phone, emailed back and forth quite a bit; he was incredibly responsive and was able to figure out a resolution to our issue. Highly recommend.
