Can't go any lower, but it should. I was told that it would be here by the first week of June, then moved to the 15th. The 15th came and went.... three calls later, told it would be here by the 26th. Now not arriving. The customer service rep was to call three times, never called. The phone reps don't have any power to do anything but give you the run around. I would plan on closer to 10 weeks with a prayer for deliver.
After reading all of the reviews, I would gander that they actually are family and friends and not really customers. The customer service representative never calls you back.

I had high hopes...but they were dashed by poor sales experience
I was sincerely hoping to have a great experience with Shop4Seats. Good reviews and the products I needed had me convinced.
But is wasn't to be. On May 9, I contacted Alec in Sales, excited to configure the furniture for my complete RV renovation. We worked out a good deal, using leather as an option for the dinette. It took 5 days for Alec to get back to me with approvals for the order, but he finally sent me a quote.
When I called back, ready to place my order, Alec was on vacation. I spoke with Anna, who told me that Alec was not authorized to make the change we'd agreed to, and that the price would be higher. She told me to call Alec back the next week, but she said she talked to a manager and at least my delivery date would be locked in, since so much time had passed (this was now mid-June), and I need the furniture by late July.
I called back on Monday to speak with Alec, who told me that Anna wasn't authorized to lock the delivery date, and that yes, the adjustment to my price would now be 2x what he'd quoted. I asked to speak to a manager as by this time I was very frustrated and concerned about this confusion and run-around.
I spoke with Patricia, a manager, who confirmed that indeed there was nothing they could do about the error on their quote. I told her that the change was too high and wasn't there something she could do to help me. I REALLY wanted to make this work - I just wanted to BE A CUSTOMER. She did offer to honor the shipping date - that would have been the date I'd receive the products had THEY been able to honor the quote they gave me.
The final straw was that Patricia made no effort to help me with the price or to encourage me to be a customer. I gave her 3 "Is there anything you can do" opportunities. I told her that she had my quote and email, and if they thought of a way to help me, they could reach out.
I didn't hear back.
My impression of this company is that they must have more business than they need, and mine was either too much of a hassle or not worth their effort.
I am extremely disappointed, but I have come up with a great Plan B and am actually going to save more than a thousand bucks (DIY).

If I could leave less than one star- I …
If I could leave less than one star- I would!
Avoid this site like the plague!
So today I ordered a 4 seat Top Grain theater seating, the Klaussner Lunar Media Room Seating. The transaction went through, they sent me a confirmation email.
Hours later I get a vague email saying the order can't be processed because they are out of stock on the item I ordered.
The email goes on to say, "what was the thing you liked about this item besides the price?"
I immediately called customer service for clarification. I was told an Alex would be contacting me. Alex and I exchange several emails but the jist is -he tried to up-sell me into a much costlier model.
He said the model I selected was discontinued. My immediate question was why is it still on the website and why did it allow me to add it to the cart?? And further send the confirmation?!
I was disappointed but Alex suggested another option in my price point. And just as I was about to pull the trigger I asked if this model was Top Grain as well.
Alex suggested several synthetic models for the same price as what I was buying in all Top Grain or I could go with the higher priced suggestion or take the Top Grain with match sides.
I canceled my order and informed him that I would share their unfair business practices.
This place is a racket! This is classic bait and switch!
I will take my money elsewhere.

Unable to mount product and unsafe.
Overall: VERY Dissatisfied.
My truck factory seats are poor and I wanted to upgrade for comfort since I tow a trailer all over the country to college games. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. The products that I purchased may have had nice workmanship but, it was inadequate, unsafe and unusable. I ordered the American Classic High Back 40-20-40 and specified them for a 2009 dodge Ram 2500. The seats took almost three months to arrive then the mounting system did not work. I have now spent six months from the time or order waiting or attempting to get a mounting system that will allow the seats to be installed. While installing I found several issues with seat design.
Detailed Complaints:
Customer Service- I have been in contact with three customer service agents. Anna was the first who I called prior to ordering to double check that the model year would not be a problem since the Ram 2500 was in transition in 2009. She assured me it would not. I was then in contact with Fernando Reyes who attempted to help me with the sub-frame that was the wrong size. I sent him pictures and did not hear back for several days. I reached out again and started working with John Jasso, who did a great job, but unfortunately was also unable to resolve the issues with the seats. It took him four weeks to send me a solution. What I received was a second sub-frame that contained drops and replacement mounting hardware for the truck. This system may have worked but, I then found the safety issues with the seats and lost all confidence in the product. I have been exchanging emails from February to April and predict that I will still be dealing with this well after this review is posted. When the safety issues were brought to John’s attention during a phone call on April 12, 2017, and a refund with shipping labels was requested, he put me on hold to talk to his manager. John later returned to the phone and said they need to discuss how to trouble shoot the issue and he would call me back later that day. I had heard that promise before from Fernando and I have yet to receive a call from either party.
Lumbar Support Poor- I ordered the seats with the optional lumbar support. The website does not specify what this system is or how it works. But, when I received the seats I was surprised to find a black rubber hose with a ball valve, like the one on a manual blood pressure cuff, hanging low out of the door side of the seats. This ball valve hangs into the door jam and it would only be a matter of time until the door is closed on it and stops working. I have never in my life seen any vehicle with this type of air pump system.
Head Rest Ineffective- The headrest sits back about six to eight inches from the back of the head when seated in the seat. In a rear end collision this would not stop the backwards motion of the head before whip-lash occurred. The headrest was mandated in the 1960’s, it is amazing to me that this seat’s headrest is so inadequate.
NO Airbag Sensor-The seat came without an airbag sensor. Without this wiring, the air bags are effectively disarmed, rendering the safety system of the truck useless. This means that I only have a seat belt to protect me in a crash effectively returning the safety system to pre-1998. Furthermore, the existing factory installed wiring would sit under the seat. Who knows what it would take to accidentally deploy the airbag, injure the driver or cause and accident?
Mounting System Inadequate- When I ordered “replacement seats” for a specific vehicle I would expect the seats to mount directly to the factory mounting hardware, brackets or towers that are in the vehicle. I would also expect them to use the factory sliders. This is NOT the case. When I attempted to mount directly to the factory mounts the seats under frame was too small by three inches to fit the mounts. The seats came with a steal sub-frame (additional charge of $68.00) that stretches fully across the cab off the truck and locks the factory sliders together with the center console. Once the factory seats are removed, this sub-frame mounts on top of the factory frame sliders and then the seats are mounted on top of it with new sliders. This creates a new problem with excessive seat height.
Seat Height Excessive-The sub-frame and additional sliders add three or more inches to the height of the seat. I am 6’3” tall and now my head hits the roof and I have to stoop to see a traffic light. To add to this problem, my wife is 5’11” and she feels sitting that high above the peddles is uncomfortable on her. Mind you, this had to be simulated with some cushions as we never actually got the seats installed.
Center Console Poor Quality – The top of the console feels like cheap plastic and is textured. I find this type of thing very uncomfortable and it results in blisters on my elbow. My work vehicles have something like this and it is horrible after a day of driving. The lid also appears to be attached with shallow self-taping screws in a cheap hinge. I doubt this will stay attached more than a few weeks before the screws are stripped out and the lid would have to be removed. There is also a large metal locking flange on the driver’s side of the console that looks like it will scrape anything on my belt or hit my elbow.
I have requested a full refund and shipping labels to be sent due to the inadequacy of the product.

Absolute nightmare to deal with
Accepted order, then said they didn't have stock of the belts colour I ordered so changed to another colour, then said they didn't have that colour in stock either but had the original I wanted, then a week later said they still didn't have that colour. Then when we finally sorted it out they insisted I hadn't paid even though my bank showed they had been paid 3 weeks earlier. So now I have paid twice and still don't have my order.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a new bench seat for my 1977 Ford F250, the high back style picked pattern, colors. My wife placed the order with a sales Rep they were very helpful said it would be about 6 weeks to arrive it was 7 one week late was no big deal. Removed old bench seat unpacked new and began installing the new seats to the new frame opened the box with the new adapters they were not even close to what was needed to install these seats. My wife called customers services it took a few days for someone to return the call and they kept telling her that they were the adapters for that kit. she told them there was no way these adapters were going to work with the seats we ordered. C/S said they would look into it and get back to us that return call took another few days to return. Again they indicated they were the correct part. Pictures of the parts page was email along with pictures of the old adapters to C/S, and there goes another few days for a response back. When they did call back they said they would send the correct part and that it would be mail within 48 hours it took over 2 weeks to arrive...well not to our surprise they again
were the wrong part. My wife again called C/S and asked to speak to the manager she was transferred to the manager and had to leave a message another couple days passed be for the call was returned. She explained the issues and asked us to send pictures of old adapters along with the inside of the truck with measurements we sent a lot of pictures so there would be no misunderstanding. Once pictures were rec'd the manager called us she said she would talk with the production team and get back to us. The next communication was when an email was sent with the invoice of part they were going to send the invoice was dated 6/15/16 and would ship within 48 hours well as of today we have still NOT rec'd the new part. Several emails have been sent to the manager because she would not return any phone calls.
After all that I talked to one of the mechanics fabricators at work and he was able to make a new set from my original mounts by drilling out the sliders and welding a steel plate on top of the bolt onto their seat frame.
After 3 months time I would say they make a very good product I am happy with the seats and the color....but very very disappointed in their follow up after purchase considering the item has to be paid in full before the item will ship. They lose nothing by not fixing after purchase problems, so they make a good product but offer little or nothing to help in fixing any issues.

Horrible Communcation and Customer Service
Horrible customer service. We called their customer service line to find out production times and we were told 5-6 weeks. When we placed the order a few days later, we were given a ship date that was 8 weeks out. This is a big difference from 5-6 weeks. Not happy with this at all. When the estimated ship date came (8 weeks later) we received no information, so I called customer service. Customer service told me it was still scheduled to ship on time that day and that I'd have the tracking information e-mailed to me the next morning. The next day I didn't receive any e-mail from them, so I called again. The CS rep said he was going to check with shipping and would call me back in 5 minutes. I called back in again a few hours later when no one called me back. This time I was told it wouldn't ship for another few days and that they couldn't do anything to expedite it.
The communication from Shop4Seats is absolutely horrible. Wish I bought somewhere else!

would give 0 stars if possible
I purchased seats, seat belts and fabric to redo the inside of my truck on 2/29/2016 and 3/08/2016. I received the first part of the order on 4/22/2016 and the second part of the order on 4/30/2016. I was told that they had lost part of the order and that's what caused the delay. Once i took the second part of the order to be installed, I found out they didn't even send me the correct brackets. I called and spoke to a customer service representative who told me that they would over night the brackets to the company installing it. I also had the installer call and they told him the same thing, that they would overnight them. Now a week later I just got off the phone with another customer service representative and he proceeded to call me a liar and say that they never overnight anything; he will be sending them out in 2-3 business days. So now here I am 2 months later with no brackets, no form of transportation and really no end in sight. The least they could have done was take accountability for their never ending list of mistakes. If my truck wasn't completely torn apart waiting on those brackets I would ask for a full refund and return all products. I find it so hard to believe that they are still in business operating like this. I called and complained to the company on 4/23/2016, 4/29/2016, 5/6/2016, 5/10/2016, and 5/23/2016. I still have no resolution. I also am forced to pay the insulation 50.00 for them to make the brackets themselves since the company can not seem to figure out which ones go to my vehicle. I'm sure you can understand what an inconvenience this has been for my wife and I. That is the only form of transportation I have, so for the last month my wife has had to drive me back and fourth to work, while also going to work herself.
