Excellent product but poor customer service. I had to call to get the status of my order several times and when the seats finally arrived one 2 of the 3 pieces were damaged. Since the coach was damaged on the back, I didn't mind it, but there was no compensation for the poor packing. I had to wait over 3 weeks for the replacement chair to come in; again, calling after the expected due date to see when my seat would arrive.
Great product, but poor customer service. I tried cancelling my order at the beginning because of the missed shipped date and was told I couldn't because it was being made but hadn't shipped. If you order from Shop4Seats, give them more than enough time to get your order to you.
Response from Shop4SeatsMar 28, 2019
Mr. Whiting- Shop4Seats is dedicated to building quality furniture and providing excellent customer service. It is unfortunate when a seat has damage or a defect. When this happens, we always do our best to offer a solution to correct the problem, just as we did with the damaged chair that was delivered. Within 24 hours of the report of the damaged chair, a replacement order was entered. This was done due to our commitment of providing the best customer service that we can give. Everyone from the owners to the executive management team, and all the way through every department in the company are hardworking, dedicated, honest employees with integrity. We have a deep desire to always be helpful and strive to learn more so we can better every day.

If You Cannot Get The Little Things Right...
UPDATE: It turns out their customer service lied to me and the part was discontinued. They didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know. Run away from this company and be wary of “solicited” reviews so you don’t make the same mistake I did!
i Ordered a few seat bracket supports and I have to say, this was the worst shopping experience I’ve had in several years.
First- Everything took a very long time. Like I said these were just some seat reinforcement brackets/bolts. First I was told that they were “made to order” so they took extra time, then I was told that they didn’t have the bolts they needed. They supposedly tried to “source” these bolts in town but they couldn’t find them, so the parts “eventually” shipped without them.
Second- For all the delays, I was pleased to be offered expedited shipping, but that simply did not happen. When they eventually shipped it was regular old ground speed.
Third (and perhaps worst)- Customer support was lacking to say the least. Several times I was promised a call back with my order status that never came. I had to initiate all but two contacts and was left on hold for extended periods of time. Oh, and don’t even try to email their customer service. I sent three different emails and never got a single response.
In all, I see that this company has otherwise good reviews but I wanted to share my honest experience, I can always understand mistakes and delays, but dishonesty and unfulfilled promises are something I have no tolerance for.

Look elsewhere for better seats and customer service. Avoid this company
This is a company whom I would not order from again or recommend to anyone researching or looking into purchasing new seats for a vehicle. I can state that all other negative reviews on Trustpilot of Shop4Seats are accurate as I have experienced all their issues and more. I will detail both the pros and the cons of my experience here so the reader can judge the review for themselves:
Pros:
1) The fabric selection for the seats I ordered was a very close match to the interior of the pickup they were being installed in.
2) Bolstering of the seat cushion(s) was firm but comfortable.
3) Highback seat is of decent height and tapering to allow for adequate back support and meets my head at an appropriate angle, even though I opted for a non-adjustable headrest.
Cons:
1) Reviews written here that are positive, yet from purchasers who have not received their product should be evaluated as such since the representatives will press for a positive review before a product arrives.
2) As stated above, I was contacted immediately by John Jasso to write a review when I thanked him for his assistance on verifying shipping would occur on time, which it did not. He then requested I write a positive review about the company as it would help for end-of-the-month bonuses. A similar comment was made by another reviewer.
3) My initial contact was with Clara Hinojosa about shipping/manufacture times and she spoke of a 20% fee to expedite shipping (more on fees). When I responded back to her with another question on those fees after placing my order to verify the total cost of the upcharge, I got no response from her.
4) E-mails sent to track my order being placed with John were responded to and I was repeatedly promised shipment times that would come and go and not transpire (a common complaint in multiple reviews), with the explanation/excuse of excessive orders (also referenced in other reviews), even though the company promotes a six week lead time. Currently, the status of my order in their online system still shows as "Processing", even though I have already received the product.
5) John then committed to three additional times for shipment and it did not materialize until the third. A credit of $75.00 was given (another comment by reviewers), but that was not even half of shipping charges (more on shipping)
6) Initial marketing material and fabric samples were sent and appeared very professional and well organized, yet did not represent any photos or documentation of vehicles such as cars or trucks, only a representation for custom van style seating arrangements and RVs, which is very telling. The installation instructions received were hand-drawn and cartoonish, with a majority of the information necessary for the installation either illegible, removed or not applicable to my vehicle and seats. (more on evaluation of that reference and the delays incurred)
7) Product originally shipped from LaHabra California via FedEx. It arrived in Sandy Utah and was split into four separate tracking orders and delayed an additional four days as it was then sent in two separate shipments. This is not Shop4Seats that did this, as for some reason Sandy seems to do this with mail, UPS, FedEx and other carriers. However, this was a delay created by their carrier and no effort was made to refund the shipping charges due to this delay as many other companies do. No follow-up was made from the company with me as to the satisfaction of the arrival and product even though I had already complained several times on the delays (more on communication that was initiated).
8) Product hardware shipped did not match the vehicle or the poor directions and now has to be substituted. No effort by the company to rectify this.
9) Product was a 40-20-40 bucket installation with a center console. Center console latching hardware is cheap, wood cabinet roller catch and not automotive quality or grade. Hinges for center console are wood cabinet style as well and not designed for vehicles.
10) Center console storage has no finger groove to open.
11) Center console cup holders fit no common travel mugs and are too shallow to accept and hold most styles of drink cups at fast-food establishments.
12) Center console forward cup holders look designed to fit a common mug, but do not and are not cut deep enough to retain a small, ten ounce cup. Overall, drink holders are worthless and will not be used. Waste of space and application.
13) The bottom section of the center console seat had wood cabinet hinges and a piece of web strap which was not heat-sealed for retaining the lid if opened, but was not applicable as it did not open that far.
14) Center console seat binds on the hinges when closed and will not drop completely flush.
15) Driver's side seat fabric was not installed tight, especially the back document pouch, which had approximately two extra inches of fabric and sags significantly. NOT ACCEPTABLE for a set of "new" seats.
16) Reclining hardware is very difficult and problematic to operate.
17) The underside of the seats has an installation that seems odd and that is a bolstering of cushions wrapped in leather. This appears as if these seats were made on the framework and application of smaller seats and extended to match the design. Based on the above mentioned imperfections, makes logical sense. When I take the seats in to have the fabric issues repaired by a local upholstery shop, I will know for sure.
18) Seems fees are where they hit you hardest. A 30% to 50% return/restocking charge even if it is their fault is unheard of. They also state an additional charge for shipping in BOTH DIRECTIONS! How preposterous. A 20% upcharge on expedited shipping is outlandish and from what I have read, still doesn't materialize. Most companies only charge a flat rate for their expedited shipping and then they deliver as stated. I have had that transpire even when ordering from overseas. THIS COMPANY IS LOCAL AND USA!
OVERALL:
If the company marketing material would be reflective of the product received, shipping times committed to and overall customer satisfaction, delays and shipping errors might be understandable, but their follow-up and quality of the finished product and the hardware errors was not acceptable. I contacted the company with photos and detailed information of my disappointment in their product, and requested assistance but the company did not respond. Seems they just don't want to deal with upset customers. When you do get replies from customer service, it is not from "sales at shop4seats", or "support at shop4seats", but Euroteccorp. This is false representation as it leads someone to believe they are talking with a representative of the manufacturer, when in fact, you may not be, only talking with a marketing firm. It seems highly likely therefore, based on documentation and materials sent that this company, that it is quite possibly subletting out the manufacturing to separate vendors and focusing on RV custom products, not vehicle installations.
I will have to remedy all errors on my end as NO RESPONSE has been received to my complaint and requests for the shipping problems, hardware package and photos of the poor quality of workmanship and materials/documents. The restocking fee would make a ridiculous situation even worse as I can pay to fix the problems or correct them myself with less hassle and cost. Highly disappointing for the costs of these seats.
To date, the delays for what would be a simple installation have cost me over 8 weeks of frustration and they are still not installed. There are multiple companies out there with similar products for the same price and I highly recommend researching those.
In summation, this is the most disappointing experience I have had with any company ever, no exceptions. I would not recommend, or ever look to shop from this company again. I caution ALL who are looking at their product line and believing anything that they promise to look elsewhere.

Very frustrated and having a hard time…
Very frustrated and having a hard time believing all the great reviews?
We ordered a jackknife sofa and recliner. We were told 4 to 6 weeks. Two months later we are told maybe next week. We told them we had reservations for a trip in two weeks. They then said maybe but don't count on it.
Our original sales person has never been reached and none has ever called to let us know that they are delayed.
We have called and been told maybe next week for several weeks now. Never has anyone returned our call to tell us they are not coming.
If they ever show up, I will post to let you know about the quality.

No technical support for product
Very disappointed with the lack of technical support from this company! I received my seats for my truck however the instructions were hand written with diagrams that one would assume were drawn by a 4th grader and extremely vague. Once I understood how to assemble and install in short order it was clear the seat frame was too short for the brackets which were already installed correctly into the original truck mounts and here is where the fun began....no one was able to offer technical support and I was assured someone would return my call.....fast forward after several hours no one called so I called repeatedly over a span of several hours and each time I was placed on hold and no one answered the phone. I will not recommend this company to anyone AND I DON'T BELIEVE ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS
......beware!

I am in the middle of a real run around…
I am in the middle of a real run around with these guys. I was quoted 1 production time, confirmed a longer production time after they took my FULL payment and now are saying the order is running behind even that.
Now they just want to argue about it instead of finding a solution. Not happy at all with their attitude. Their site is covered with customer satisfaction guarantees but it does not exist.

I should have just ordered seats from the dealership
After spending $1600 on the all american set, and waiting 4 months for delivery, the mounting frame didnt even fit. Then after re-engineering the mounting frame, the center console was so far foward, there wasn't enough room to shift the truck into 2nd, 4th, or 6th gear. I called to return everything but was only reminded of the 60% restocking fee. After that at my demand, they sent a slide track so the console would be adjustable. After I installed the slide track, I went to get into the truck to test the shifter and the plastic on the console cracked and broke when I leaned on it. Keep in mind I'm 195 lbs 5'9", and physically fit. Then, when I went to put my head back on the rest I noticed the rest was way to far back amd at the wrong angle so when you try to put your head back you look up at the ceiling. This company is a bunch of scamming shisters, I highly recommend looking somwhere else or the dealership.

Wow I can't believe all the 5 stars
Wow I can't believe all the 5 stars. after spending over $4,000 and buying the warranty coverage I am amazed what i have been though. Well first trip out was a 3 week trip with the family. Ordered jack knife sofas for my two boys. Well I am the only one in the family that can open and close the beds because they are sooo stiff. It takes all my might to do so. After 10 days on the road the drawers that I paid a lot for have ripped the sofa material on both of the sofas.
After my Trip I called since i had paid $400 for the extended warranty to cover rips, tears, stains etc. Well it has been over two weeks and they still won't give me a answer if they are going to fix these or not. John in customer service has done nothing for me and keeps telling me he will check and for sure give me a call back tomorrow. well that has been going on for 2 weeks now and I still don't have a answer on what they are willing to do. At this point I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and fight the charges. Very poor customer service and the craftmanship is poor also. New sofas shouldn't be ripping. Funny John in customer service said he has never heard of such a thing. I call bull. I have two of them and they both have the same damage. I can't be the only one with this issue. That showed me right there what I was dealing with. Of course John said it was my fault because I didn't pull the handle all the way when I open and close the drawer everytime. Really No directions included saying anything like that. Also that would be the worst design ever to rip the material if people didn't hold that open every time and I am the only one that it has ever happeded too. I call bull again.
