Our RV dealer directed us to Shop4Seats when we wanted to replace the sofa in our motorhome. After shopping the website and identifying the double recliner as something we might like, we called and talked with Anna. She was able to answer all our questions about size and colors and what we could do to expedite delivery. She took our order and gave us a shipment date. On that date, she called to tell us the recliner was ready to ship, she'd verified with our RV dealer that they would accept it and it was on it's way. We haven't seen it yet, but Anna's friendly assistance and attention to detail is much appreciated. If the product is as good as the service we received, I'm sure we will be very pleased.

I ordered a brochure from Shop4Seats and received a nice color sample by mail from Clara. I talked to her a few times before deciding to order a double recliner. Clara answered all questions I had and acted in a professional manor. I ordered the double recliner on 12/6/16 and Clara said it would be ready for pickup on January 30, 2016.

Being on the road quite a bit, I was concerned about timing to get my new dinette, even though they had originally guessed on the ship date. So, I sent an email to Shop4Seats inquiring about my order and Ashley Wallmann was very helpful in finding its progress and getting it shipped within the timeframe I needed. I think it was within 2 days of the original shipping estimate. I am very happy with the dinette, as it fit perfect, it was easy to install and looks good. I bought 4 of the venetian 7000 leather, power recline, home theater seating with a loveseat. I love them. After owning for a few months, I had the single loveseat chair flip over and put a small tear in a chair arm. I called to see if it was covered under warranty. Ashley Wallmann was amazing in her prompt responses and they are is sending out a new chair arm at no cost. Would strongly recommend.

My husband and I were looking to replace our furniture in the R.V. before heading out for the winter. I spoke to Clara and she was able to sell us everything we needed in one package deal.
