Andrew helped listened to understand what I was looking in my theater room then made some great recommendations. Once my wife and daughter heard I had purchased them online they were quite nervous because they said "you did not get to sit in them?" However I explained that when I talked to rep, Andrew, he asked me what I was looking for and gave me three recommendation. All seem to fit what I wanted. Once they arrive, my wife and daughter both said it was my best furniture purchase made in quite some time. Extremely satisfied.

I just ordered a set of 4 Seatcraft chairs for my man cave and couldn't be any happier with the service I received from Andrew. He was very knowledgable about the warranty and stood by on the phone while my wife changed her mind, believe it or not, three or four times about the color of "my" chairs. I'm excited to see the chairs and would most definitely recommend that you talk to Andrew when you call them. Zane

Richard got back to me within 24 hours of my call and handled the issue of a broken part with professionalism and courtesy. The part is already on its way! This is exemplary service and rare to find. Thank-you Richard Valdez! A very pleased customer, Michael Peters

We decided to update our 2006 Damon Challenger and wanted to purchase new furniture. We found the Shop 4 Seats website and called and worked with a very informative representative, Alex. We were a little hesitate to order over the internet but couldn't find any place with better pricing and quality than Shop 4 Seats. We received our RV furniture all the way from California to Ohio. Everything came in great condition and the colors were what we expected. It was a great experience and we would recommend Shop 4 Seats to anyone. So, if you want to upgrade your RV furniture take a look at Shop 4 Seats!

Ashley was a great help with my problem. She was very interested in helping with a solution. I could not ask for someone to be concerned about helping to resolving my RV problem!!!!!!!! James Sheehan Furniture destroyed in fire at upholstery shop.

We purchased and put in all new furniture from Shop4Seats. I'm not the handiest guy and had several questions for Alex Osorio and John Jasso and they were awesome, always emailed back quickly with great advice. Everything looks incredible, we're very happy with all the furniture and new lounge that Alex suggested. I will recommend Shop4Seats to everyone that asks.

I'd like to compliment Richard Valdez for his overwhelming cooperation in helping me with a shipment that we had coming. He was so helpful in transferring us to a particular individual responsible for shipment. That individual didn't respond so I referred back to Richard. He was kind enough to follow up for me and get the information that we requested. The shipment was received in good condition. He has been the only one that has immediately taken our needs into consideration and we appreciate him. Thank you, Richard.

Great Job to Clara. Clara knew exactly what I needed at a great deal. Thanks again for the help.
