For the past few weeks I have been searching online and calling companies that sell RV furniture. As a first-time customer with Shop4Seats, I was initially impressed with your online selection choices and prices. Then I made a call. From start to finish, Alec Al-Eissa was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful as I made a sofa sleeper selection (Frontier II Sofa Bed with Arms). In a day and age where customer service is not often a priority, Alec answered my questions thoroughly and offered additional information so that I was informed about my choices. I must say, I am very impressed with your company and look forward to not only my order arriving but to other purchases in the future. Not only is your website first-class...but so is Alec.

Ordered a set of Aristocrat seats from Shop4Seats, received them quickly and loved the quality, easy to install, and very nice looking. Found though that they didn't fit the interior of my 1972 GMC pick very well, they where to large. I called their customer service and talked to Richard Vadez, he listened to my issue and said he would discuss it with the engineers and get back to me, a few days later he came back with a list of seats that they felt where better suited for my application and he told me to chose one and let him know. I chose the Cobra low backs and let him know he stated that they would give me full credit on the original seats once I return them, which I agreed too, they charged me for the new seats and sent them out, received then very quickly and they fit perfect, high quality and look great. I boxed up the originals and they sent a call tag, And I received my credit quickly. Exceptional product, and a big thank you to Richard Vadez for fantastic customer service, always answered my emails and handled the whole purchase very professional. I would recommend this company and their product to anyone, I would also recommended that you talk to customer service before you order so they can help with fit for your vehicle, I just ordered by myself and I didnt get the correct ones for my application. I just ordered two new captain chairs from Shop4Seats and I had the pleasure to do my transaction with Alec Al Eissa who made my purchase very easy and thanks to his knowledge seing a picture of what I have in my class A RV he corrected me in my color choice which had been wrong if he had not seen the color I have now!! Beige or ivory or almond is close to the same to me so Thank you ALEC for making sure I have the right color!! Transaction very easy through Pay Pal!!! Alec was great to work with. He really seemed to know the product and was able to make recommendations and give me feedback on the captains chairs and sleeper sofa I ordered. As a first time buyer of RV furniture, I found the experience to be less stressful than I anticipated. I cannot wait to receive and install the furniture into my short bus.

I visited the facility in LaHabra to evaluate a jack-knife sofa for my RV and was met by seating specialist Alec Al-Eissa. Alec was extremely helpful and gracious, touring the facility with me in considering all options and sizes. At his suggestion I ordered the proper size sofa and chose the Monaco style of sofa bed. The sofa will not be completed for almost two months (which is O.K. with my schedule) but so far, except for the rather long lead time, I am happy with the entire process and Alec's very accomodating attitude. But I will withold final review until the sofa is delivered. .
