I have been trying for over 3 months to retain 3 simple replacement parts for a 40 20 40 low back Aristocrat seat. The first person I spoke with was Patricia. She never returned any of my calls, and when I was able to speak with her I was told (always) that she was looking into it. It never happened. Finally I spoke with John Jasso and he said that he could help me with obtaining the pieces that I needed. Within 24 hrs. he located every piece that I needed. He then helped through payment and shipping with no problems whatsoever. If this were my company, I would put him in charge of all employees in this division that deals with locating things and dealing with customers. John is a great asset for this company. Thank You. My name is James i been spending a lot of money on my 84 c 10 pickup truck and not getting what i paid for or ask for.When i first call to make a order there ,I talk to some one and for some reason he never repeated what i said BACK TO ME. My Invoice said something I NEVER SAID,I was ready to cancer tell i talk to John j a s s o who calm me down told me he was sorry about what happen and found what i was asking for repeated my order back to me 2 to 3 time's, sent me a invoice made it right .When i call to order something else. I want to talk to John J a s s o sell me some seats. Love the looks and stile's you all have at Shop 4 seats good price's .SAY! Had a minor issue with the jumpseay not going back far enough for the gear shift. Customer service had a jump seat sllide adaptor mailed out next day, no charge. Customer service doesn't get better than this.
